Are You Always Barefoot? In the summer I choose the next best thing with a pair of Merrell Barefoot Trail Gloves.
The best thing you can do for your feet it let them do what they where meant to do.
That said, if you are considering a set of barefoot shoes, work your way into them slowly. | |

Lots of great research going on about barefootedness, we are much healthier. The mitochondria is measured to be much stronger. The gist of the research is keeping an electrical balance by grounding and 99% of shoes impede that. | |
