This is the 21st century and its all good if you can pull off the look. I have dated girls with hair to their butt and just 1/4" buzz and found aspects of both I liked a lot. So for you that assume guys with long hair are druggies or losers your really missing out! Have an open mind and heart and you might be surprised that someone with their own style and character can be very attractive on many levels. | |

Ive seen some men with Long hair.. that is well taken care of.. and tied back.. or in a long braid..that can look nice.. but when its all a mess.. and frizzy.. or we have a Kentucky Waterfall happen'n I wanna attack with some shears! Geezaz.. its not even good on hockey players! lol...
2 rules for me:
No dating someone with longer hair then me... I dont dig that..

Just goes to show you how stereotypes work. Thanks a lot! Save the corporate homogeniety for work! Do you really want all guys to look the same? Come on! Like I said I think people should feel free to express their own personal style, and those who find themselves limited to a prescribed style are really missing out. Its an interesting perspective that a pretty good looking and decent guy like me has to go to the internet to meet a partner... And even here its an uphill battle. Have fun with the clones, women... I never judged a girl in such a shallow way. | |

Posted: 11/21/2005 1:08:43 PM | just wanted to weigh in on this subject ... had hair half way down my back. shaved it all off to the scalp to raise money for cancer resarch and donated it all for kids with cancer. did this in feb. still growing it back .... when i did it i was asked why i shaved my head .... after my explaination every body said it was a good thing to do but missed my hair. now months later i still have friends both male and female who tell me i looked better with my long hair.. and i have friends who say short hair. i am growing it out again because i felt realy good when i donated the hair for wigs for kids .... am gonna keep doing this every 2 or 3 years untill i loose all my hair  | |

My hair was very healthy & thick... I really miss it & at the moment plan on letting grow back down. I've heard I look younger & cuter but I must say that I had more luck with the females with my longer hair.
I may post a pic in my profile of me with my long hair look just for you curious people.
To me it's not about being stuck in any era.It's just me & fits who I am ! Although being a huge fan of a band called Slayer that can happen to ya lol How many of you can still say your favorite band from highschool is still popular & playing the same style & doing more now than ever before? Sorry to change subjects,this thread is about hair,not Music lol
So yea,unless I meet a great girl who just refuses to let me grow my hair out,think that's gonna be what happens.It will be interesting to see my decision if that does happen but if she loves me she'll let me grow it but If I love her I'll cut it... So do we flip a coin ?? lol
