Yeah, I'd have to say that it's sad that most of my life has been games. I'm totaly into computer games and I'd have to say out of all the controlers out there nothing beats a good'ol keyboard and mouse. The thought takes me back to when I first started using the mouse as aiming tool when Quake 2 was around, was an all keyboard player before then, after that I was hooked on the combo.

Currantly playing Elders Scrolls: Oblivion, and I must say they put together a very impressive game. Bethesda has always been excelent with content in their games, but Elders Scrolls 1 and 2 were filled with bugs and game crashes they didn't get very recognised that well. Morrowind really helped get them noticed by the public.

I played World of Warcraft for a good year since it came out, but there hasn't been an MMO like Asherons Call during it's days. Next MMORPG I am looking at is Age of Conan, looks like it'll turn out to be a great atmosphere, hopefully Funcom pulls through with making it what they say it will be.

Ok back to my MMORPG final fantasy :P one of my favs

Ugh, the memorys of playing my friends account after he gave up on the game. He had a lvl 13 Theif which I played for a few months, but that system they have where you loose experience when you die was brutal. I somewhat remember making lvl 15 3 or 4 times. Ooooh, the agony.

I enjoy games myself but often enjoy regular RPGs and platformers over First Person Shooters and MMPORPGs.

DAOC (Dark Age of Camelot) --> I had a RR10 Arms in DAOC on Lance / Alb. His name was Anarchista. Took me three years to build that character. Hands down one of the best games I have ever played.

A level 58 warrior on Stormreaver for WOW. His name was Anarchistaa. (I know very original)
I got rid of both because I was totally comitted to gaming and was spending way to much time doing it.

Any-how, thought I would mention the character names incase there are any old friends on POF posting in this thread.

I just recently hooked my son up for WOW on his system and I might go back and play the game with him.

I think gaming is awsome, although it is quite addictive.

I was a MMORPG >:I
However none of my bloodly games work on XP Pro64!!! *pulls out hair* If I knew that I would have just stayed with Linux as I already knew I couldn't play my games on it & it was FREE. *pulls out more hair*
So ya, I can no longer play Might & Magic 6, warcraft, starcraft, diablo or the sim & tycoon games. I now have 30+ games collecting dust.
ok I lied I can play 1 game LOTR Battle For Middle Earth, oh boy, just one game!!
& people wonder why I hate Windows... bad bad windows *kicks it*

Install the OS in dual boot configuration. There is an option with Microsoft operating systems that, although not clearly stated, does allow dual boot so you can choose either the the 32 bit or 64 bit OS upon start up. Both have to be licensed copies, unless you know about naughty things like corporate key changers, which I do not advocate.

this is why when i bought my new pc i didnt go for 64 bit. even tho you can do dual os its more of a pain to switch back and forth. for seprate uses. but me i stand to lose out alot if i go to 64 bit. somewhere along the lines of 300 32 bit games. im not about to go out and buy them 64 bit when and if they do remake them for 64 bit. altho i am sure alot of ppl out there have made programs to have them run under 63bit. applications like this well are nice but there not that efficent. they run just as well as most console emulators lol. wich i might add is far below what they should. alls i know is if i couldnt play my world of warcraft and heroes of might and magic series up to 5 i would prolly lose love for pcs.

c3sparling,
I didn't really choose this OS. my Ex's brother bought it & he wasn't able to use it & installed it onto my PC, no knowing how crappy it was. I'm not into world of warcraft, but not having my heroes of might & magic, & might & magic gaming really blows :(

I'm just gonna buy a new box & install the regular XP on that. I need 2 boxes anyways, as I need a backup server. My ex's brother works for AMD so I can get some sweet deals there & he gets sweet discounts at RBC back home. I'm thinking of getting a duel cpu motherboard, as I can always use more power muahahahaa A min of 200G HD, but 400G HD would be prefered & 2G of RAM min, as 1G is usless with me.

I have heroes of might & magic 3, lots of fun.. except when the music messes up, quite annoying, or when all I hear is that horrid noise of the horse moving across the screen, for 5 hours none stop (mmm nothing but bone dragons).. Thats when I started pulling out my hair, I fixed that by shaving it off lol

With my copy of heroes of might & magic 3, i also got 2 & some crappy version that looks like a 5yr old made it.. do you know which version that is? its just horrible compaired to 3

I now have a DS I mess with here & there... I don't have any good games for it, so I get bored with it quickly.. Thank goodness it was a gift!

I currently have a PS2 in my itty bitty place, but the only game I have is GTA VC & GTA SA is FAR better(which I don't have boo), as I LOVE flying pink cars

Hiya and good day all. :P

I got an email to my site the other day and I figured since summer is on and someof you are justgetting into or BACK into games id say HI!

PC gamers... As you know you are at the forfront of any and all games. games are designed on Pc's so it only stands to reason .. no matter what system it ends up on . you play it best on PC. Best graphics processor memory and over all Bling than any system that the game ends up being sold on.
For those of you who ask " WHY play on a PC?" Uhmm.. why watch a VHS when you can watch DVD ?
Same thing guys. PC is just faster better stronger. If your PC is old and cant play todays games.. well that has to do with something else and your main issue would be basic compatabitity and stabiltiy. If you have win 98. Uhmm.. geez. Do not knock PC games untill you are on a system that can handle it.

CONSOLE gamers. Well.. 360 or bust. Since Sony pushed back that new PS.. well if you know anything about anyhting.. that was a horrific move and by the time they get that product up to speed... the 360 will be like a virus spreading to poeples homes.
Even hard core true blue gamers ( they play on PC) are dishing out the coin to get the 360. Think about that for a second.

PSP/. . Uhmm.. WASTE OF MONEY. For something that can only be looked at.. you can get MAny other devices to play games and watch movies on that are hand held. (nintendo anyone?)

Still to date worst PC game movie adpation is king kong. Xmen was. Meh @ its best. (pc version was better as people have made some modificatins makingmore gameplays and added characters ( nother reason why PC rocks over consoles)

Uhhmm.... I think thats it.. this info came form my regular site whch i do not promote here as I dint ask for permission.

Any and all information on games or hardware can be emailed to me.

Thnks peeps and have a goodone.

Be nice to your fellow man and help someone along your way.
