Now I cant put it up......What gives? What is this stupid photo restriction for anyways? Nudity I can see being bad, but cartoons??? Tattoos??? Really folks, what is the problem? | |

Simply, save your pic at a lower resolution. 400 should be fine for size and clarity. | |

8 pics max, unless a user has up to 16 from before the limit was lowered to 8 because of server space concerns. Those who circumvent the 8 pic limit via other means risk being banned from the site. | |

As far as I understand it, more than 8 photos per profile is no longer allowable. Maximum is now 8 photos. In the earlier days of POF users were allowed up to 16 photos. However, if any user who has more than 8 photos currently deletes any photo they cannot be replaced with new ones.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Suggestion... if you eliminated all the pets, cars, and gym equipment in your profile you would have more space for your photos. | |

Posted: 5/30/2006 10:46:42 PM | You can change your main picture to which ever one you uploaded by clicking the center box of that picture. You can adjust showing the pictures you are showing, including not showing, puting up one for the rate a picture. But they appear in your profile in the order you uploaded, I have never heard of a way to adjust the order, just to move the one you want as your main.
I hope this can help. your understanding of how they work a little better. But then if you hear of a new way to do something please let me know. I enjoy finding new things to try on this site. | |
