Is this problem something you have not found answered in the thread? If so state the problem. Otherwise if you read the thread starting at the beginning your question should be answered. Also, make sure you understand acceptable photos the info can be found in the same area you are trying to upload from.
A further thread is available in the Plentyoffish Site/Suggestions/Help, its called Cartoons, joke pics, Cats, Monkeys, WEB PICS, etc. ARE BANNED, it was posted recently by admin. You may see it in the listing below or it may be on the second page.

If a computer is not taking the picture into a file to save, before uploading on here your computer pathway may be in error. Double check how you are saving it, and in what file you are saving it into. Also check the format you are saving it in. Jpg is my prefered. | |

Posted: 7/3/2006 6:13:49 AM | It could be the size of the file, but I'm not sure. Tell us more if you can to explain the problem a little better.
I personally had one that I had on long ago then took off. I went to put it back up and found it would not get taken back into POF system. I had to put it into a picture program and cut the pic, save it smaller, then it uploaded just fine.
As much detail of the problem as possible can help us (who are just trying to help..lol) help you. :D | |

| To see your picture without compression
Posted: 7/7/2006 9:33:26 PM | The profile displays your picture perfectly if you edit photo to make sure the dimensions are equal - ie, it is square.

If not try that first. If you are having trouble just finding the place where you upload, it is beside edit profile, images.
Please as much information about exactly how you are having problems is useful in order to help. | |
