Posted: 8/31/2006 9:58:12 PM | For some reason, when I click on upload pic, nothing happens. So, I am for sure that the site is down or there is a deeper problem on the site. How can I contact someone to resolve this?

Posted: 9/5/2006 6:01:11 AM | The picture size is stated on the upload page, and the size needs to be accurate. If you have a pic on a disc, save it to your computer then upload it from it's saved place. Always make sure you pictures are small enough to be uploaded. The size is listed on this thread (sorry the thread is long, I can not fix that, it takes a mod).
But if your picture is on a digital camera the idea is the same as a disc. Save it to your computer and upload it from that location to this site.
I need to reread this thread myself to be able to help as many as I can. Please be a little patient and I'll try to put up one post that list the most valuable information, as soon as I can. Hopefully by the latter part of today.

Edit: Humor pictures and art pictures, are so nice to see. But I understant the the site just wants pictures of who one would be dating. So cleavage shots can be reported and usually are deleted, as well as ab shots for men. Your face in some section of the picture is what is valued, from my understanding. | |

Posted: 9/5/2006 7:14:34 AM | If you had a picture of something that didn't include your face, it should have been deleted for you. If you had any deleted picture off your profile then your uploading privileges have been taken away for a time. I understand that when this happens the browse is not available on your upload page. In this thread somewhere it states that if you log in and log out of the site, several times your privilege can come back. It's not a time thing, it's a sign in, sign out thing.
i also understand the size of the picture upload has gone down from when I first put my pictures up. The last time I tried to put up a picture that was on before I had to make the picture smaller before it would take.

Posted: 9/9/2006 11:43:41 PM | Have you ever had a picture up prior? If so your prior picture might have been the error. If not then I would suggest that you mail one of the mods, or Bigfish.
You could also try more thread searches for that particular problem. I'd try 'brower', or different related words 'image brower'.
If you can't find an answer in a day or two, please repost here. | |

Posted: 9/18/2006 3:43:08 PM | In both situations above, I would resize the picture and try again. I know that one said that they had had those pictures up prior, but it is a good thing to try. It happened to me with this picture I'm using.
If after a decent resizing it still will not upload then we can look at something else. | |
