Posted: 9/22/2006 11:39:06 AM | I've always been able to upload/change/edit my photos but not today :( When I choose my photo in browse, hit upload, the picture doesn't show. I've even tried other pictures just to test it. The one I want uploaded is jpg 5.29 KB.
Any suggestions?

why put your kids on with you, is it to say look at me i'm a good dad/mum, to increase their brownie points, or put people off.., lol what ever the case may be, y expose them to the pervs around, cos hello they are everywhere.

There were four images in my profile. All of them were of me. None offensive. I deleted them all hoping that would bring back my privilages. Then logged in and out a number of times....still no browse button :(
I read through all 18 pages of this thread plus the 10 pages of the other thread. Am I missing something? | |

Posted: 10/9/2006 10:25:16 PM | I've seen some posters with a hockey jersey or logo as their display pic. I tried to upload one of mine, with my name on a leafs jersey. It uploaded fine, was the display pic for a little while, (about an hour?) then it was gone altogether. Same with my avitar.
Any reason?

Posted: 10/11/2006 11:24:50 PM | Most Images are nowadays in the JPG, not the JPEG Format.
Convert your Image on your Computer to BMP, then upload it again. Some Image compression schemes may play a little havoc with POF's JPG Converter.
Make sure your image does not exceed much more than 1 MB.

^^^^ go into your EDIT PROFILE section of your profile. You can find it when you are in your MAILBOX. Change the setting to male and save the changes.
That should do the trick. Good Luck

Posted: 10/14/2006 11:19:36 PM | This probably denotes you've tried to upload pictures that did not follow the guidelines numerous times and you lost your upload privileges. As for when your upload privileges will be returned, I can't answer that, as it's an Admin function and proprietary knowledge.
