My picture is stretched horizontally for some reason, how do I fix this?
The thumbnails are all 75x75 pixels (at least they are here). If you don't want a distorted thumbnail, you need to upload a picture that is close to being square. For example: if your upload picture is tall and skinny, the thumbnail will be stretched out from right to left so it'll fix the square.
I change all of my pictures (except my profile cuz I'm a hot 500, hah!) just about on a weekly basis. This is the first time ever this has happened.
I click browse, get my pic, double click and it pops in, (so far so good) then I click upload image and it goes thru' it's little dance, screen refreshes and viola! The pic isn't there! I've tried pix I've used before and they're all jpeg and not too large. Also I don't get any error message or anything. EVerything is normal except the pic isn't there. oops! gotta go I've got new mail at Plentyoffish! Hope you can shed some light on this cuz I would freak if I couldn't change my pix all the time.

Try again. This may occur during heavy Traffic when Bandwidth is bursting at the Seams/Ticketoride.
I first of all was unable to up load...I still have the browse box...but now I am up loading half a pic...it should be outside of heavy traffic time being 10:38pm Any word as to why? Thanks in advance...Cyn
P.s I just found an other profile with the same problem: "AJAinsley" Perhaps a glitch?
Edit: I took the half pic's off and now no up loading...again I still have the box and go through the steps up no pic or just half!
Looking at your profile and some of the photos you currently have on there, some of your problem may exist due to the amount of white space that you have in the photos.
Crop that out and you may be more successful with those photos.
I've followed all the requirements. Last eve my pic was only half completed. I clicked below it, stupidly of course. Maybe that is why I can't upload my pic anymore but I have tried forever.
Meet all requirements. Using a mac. Does this matter?
With all due respect... I have been putting pictures on here for 2 years...I know the Image types and rules, I have tried pic's that were acceptable before and it will not load. You must have a glitch for it is happening to others as well. This morning I was able to put on the one I tried last night and it loaded just fine, but the second one only partly. (This time I left it) Please look beyond the rules/Image problems and see if there possibly could be a problem. Thank-you

Its been like that for Years. I simply upload at another Time. Mind you, I render my Images as indicated on the previous page ... rarely do I ever have a Problem.
Many People here, not necessarily referring to you, simply don't read the related Infos on how to resolve these Issues, hoping we'll spit out some sort of magical answer. That's simply not possible ... the variables are too numerous.
Its always possible, as delineated in the Link above that a temporary technical problem may exist, such as upgrading or defragging a Server Drive, the Drive nearly full, a Server is not functioning properly, etc.
Please look beyond the rules/Image problems and see if there possibly could be a problem.
That is always being looked into at all times. If/Until something is actually found, check your End. Nothing more ridiculous than a Report insisting the Site is buggy because some dude can't upload his 12 Megapixel Image, who cannot be bothered to read the References posted.
So give it a few Days, the Admin is always keeping his Eye on such Difficulties.
I've tried to post since last eve. Still no luck. Think I'll try again tomorrow. Still meeting all the requirements so I think there are a few of us having the same problems.

Glad it's not just me then, i only joined this site at the beginning of the week, first 3 pics all fine. Trying to add a couple more now & it just won't, i click the download button seems to download fine but then no pic's. Guess i'l just have to stick with 3 lol

I tried to upload a picture today myself. I know the picture is fine, I've uploaded it before. But even though no error (ok, one time it said there was some kind of error) was shown the picture didn't appear on my images page. Something is broken and I'm sure it'll be fixed in a day or two. It might just be a full disk, there's no way for us users to tell.
i am having problems uploading any type of picture at all. i deleted my old ones and tried to put the new ones on. but it just wont accept the new pics, please can anyone help
Hi I've been experiencing troubleshooting uploading pictures since last night. They are no nude shots, not too large and are all JPEG so I'm not sure why they won't upload. I've even tried deleting some and putting them back on and it won't upload either. Any suggestions? Thanks R
