Hi, I'm hav ing a different problem. I can upload my photos fine, but it won't let me submit them for rating. I'm going to the image page as the help says, scrolling down to the bottom and finding where my photos are shown as it says and clicking on the box in the third column (the rating one) next to the image I want to be rated. However, as soon as I tell it to update or go off the page the box unchecks itself again and my profile still says I cant have my photo rated. What's wrong???
Logoff, and try deleting your coookies and temp internet files first, then log back on and try. This sometimes cures simple glitches.
Other than that, I can't say for sure, but try wating it out 3 days, and see if it will take then, There is a filter that prevents you from posting in the regualar forums (this one exempt) for 3 days after you sign up - perhaps this also applies to pic ratings. Wait until a full 3 days have passed, then try again.
Ok...now i have had the rate my image thing on since i joined, but i just changed my picture and now it won't let me put that feature on, even if i use the same pic i had before. please help. :)

well i have the same problem it is there fault the program that pof run cannot sort out jpg from html just a bad program will have to take some more pics
Images must be in JPG, BMP,PNG or GIF format. Images must NOT contain any nudity or offensive material. Images must NOT contain cartoons or celebrities. You can upload a maximum of 8 images. If images are too large (4 MB+), they will not upload properly.
ALL pictures MUST contain you in it with a visible head shot at minimum

I have tried everything listed on POF to upload a pic of myself for private viewing. The pic I chose meets all of the guidelines, and I have tried uploading it at every time of the day and night, but it STILL won't upload. Please help!

I just figured out why..... i had some landscape shots in my profile. Now i am hopping that is why as soooo many profiles have them..... or pics that are outside of the criteria for uploading pics. When i first uploaded my pics all i seen was no nudity...... but after going through the posts i started noticing that alot of pics are reportable..... i would never report anyones pics but i did notice that the report button is very close to the contact user button to the point where i never noticed it before lol that must cause some wrong reports? I hope it is possible to have my pic upload priv. reinstated as i would like to upload some new ones....
I have read and understand the rules as they are right now but honestly can't understand why some of them are rules at all or why it was decided that they be a "rule" what difference does it make if someone has a pic of thier dog in amonst thier other pics or a sunset or thier car or anything else?
Why can you not have just a pic of your eyes or a pic of a tattoo in amonst your other pictures assuming they don't contain nudity Im unsure as to why there is an issue with it.
Bottom line to me pics are an opportunity to show a little bit about you and highlight things that make you unique so why is it if copyrights are'nt infringed and the boundaries of good taste are maintained why have rules like must contain clear view of face as a rule at all?
I have changed the format and I still cant upload a new pic I have. other pics on my computer will upload but my new ones wont. Please Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
