Posted: 10/8/2007 10:49:35 AM | | Can't upload my picture. Took with digitial camera then E-mailed it to my account. Saved it on my computer. It said it couldn't determine what image. Image type=message/rfc822. New on computers, driving me NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!! Ready to give computer to the wall, hard and fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My computer says its size is 240KB whatever that means. | |

There was a error uploading your image. Read Help Here
You must log back into the site to upload this image.
I log out and log back in and still it does not work.

Posted: 10/29/2007 3:34:44 PM | I know little about computers so when I try to update my pics I press browse select my photo press upload and nothing the address vanishes from the window no pic is loaded no instructions or prompts nothing it`s like I hit the back button what size file is too large I`ve tried to upload other pics to see if it`s my images to no avail can you help? thanks Woody oh and I`ve tried several different times over a couple of weeks so peak times on the site may not be the problem thanks again

When I was ready to upload them I clicked browse, selected location and selected picture.. hit upload and they were in my profile in no time. | |

I have logged out and cleared all cookies and temp files as well as rebooted, what else should i try?

Posted: 11/4/2007 11:36:55 PM | I've been tring to upload my pix since the day I opened my account. I can upload any image off my computer execpt the image/photo of me. I've exhausted all the options suggested in the help section 4 image problems. When I attempt 2 upload my photo the screen resets as it does when a image is actuaully accepted, but there is no image of me @ the bottom of the screen with all the other crap that it did allow me 2 upload. There is no error msg & my photo meets all the reguirement asked 4. Please help. Thanks

Posted: 11/5/2007 11:47:46 PM | I am having exactly the same problems with an error message telling me to log back in to upload a pic (that I have successfully uploaded in the past, note). Logging back in does not work. There is clearly an error with the site, at this time. Try another day?
