| PICS: Profile Image Problems / Instructions to Upload
Posted: 6/15/2008 11:32:56 PM | I don't have the box to upload my pictures. I've checked on multiple computers with multiple browsers, so I think it's your site blocking me from doing so. Plus the fact I can do it when logged into a friend's account.
Could you also fix another blocks that were put on my account too instead of me stumbling on them one at a time? | |

If you guys, for whatever reason decided to revoke my upload privelages, an email notification of a warning telling me to remove whatever pic, if any was the offending. My main profile pic was a full head shot, well lit, of the right file size and type. So if my uploads were revoked, I'm pretty pissed about it. At least show us the courtesy of sending an email first, before you exercise your communist rule. We are the ones making you rich. | |

I went to upload the same pics I had on my previous (dead) profile, and only TWO came through. When I press the upload button (and I tried holding down the 'control' key as suggested), nothing happens. It just doesn't upload.
I've been scanning through the threads about images uploading, but nothing quite expains why it worked for TWO pics and then none after that.

Update your Firefox Browser.
I just created a new profile here -- I had another one with problems on it. I went to upload the same pics I had on my previous (dead) profile, and only TWO came through. When I press the upload button (and I tried holding down the 'control' key as suggested), nothing happens. It just doesn't upload.
Maybe a Size or Image Format Issue, but investigate all the possible Reasons shown in References linked below:

Do you get the image page to load up? Is there a Browse button on that page? Have you read the rules for uploading? Have you managed to load a picture but it disappears?
There are so many questions that we would have to ask in order to help which is very time consuming. Please give information about what is going on, after reading as much of this thread as you can, from the first post.
Once you have an idea of where you are prevented from having your picture upload, respond back to this thread. | |
