I totally agree. I had to scare my narcissist to get him to finally leave me alone. Thank god I did. I'm happy and free of drama and every thing else that comes with getting envlved with a narcissist. I only have the memories and the lessons.

Beware of people whose only qualifications are that they like to cuddle and don't like mind games. They are probably retards who don't like their psychologist.

Mind games in dating and relationships, for me, boil down to those people who "do" dating based on one of those stupid books, like "The Rules". They all boil down to using "intermittent reinforcement" to create the angst of "almost, but just out of reach". It "works" for awhile, too, but not in an emotionally healthy way, and when one is ready to let go of the game and be in a relationship, it's often to discover that when the 'angst" is taken away, there's nothing left.

In any case, my approach, over the last 8 years, has been "hard to get, gets me gone". As mentioned earlier, it "works" in an emotionally unhealthy way, creating an ever increasingly frenzied pursuit, which makes it "seem" to be effective. It just never leads to a healthy relationship.
