| | CanadiansPage 5 of 8 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) | Lol to the igloo comments. I got that all the time too. I live right across from Detroit, and I used to get people from Michigan asking me about igloos or about how cold it was here. LOL. They thought that all Canada is covered by never-ending snow or something. It was a cute comment though.
I must say, living here, I've seen and met a lot of Americans. A lot of them act differently than Canadians would act. But, there are a lot of nice and hot Americans, too. :)

Another one of those.
1) Men or Women or both? 2) based on what standards/parameters 3) In 1997, dotcoms looked a sure thing! Then the bubble burst! 4) Stereos (stereotypes) or monos?
I personally find Canadian and American women equally interesting and attractive, as individuals of course.

| Canadian women hotter than American women Posted: 9/25/2007 9:38:08 AM | I prefer plan 'b':
Since comedy is the primary export of Canada anyway, let's just bring them to us, because obviously the Canadian guys aren't cutting it, which is what happens in a socialist country where the men are taught that they are bad and the real men are all in oilfields on the tundra, chopping wood, or drunk at hockey games.
Lots of space down here in TX for hotties with cute accents (and more Canadian women arriving all the time...).
(The above was mostly a joke. Mostly).

| Canadians Posted: 9/25/2007 11:15:22 AM | Probably city dwellers tend to be well informed in nutrition, fitness and classic style. I work out regularly and do not eat red meat, sugar, salt or caffeine...just lots of local fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc. I also do not wear 'mommy jeans', white sneakers and a puff print sweatshirt with gardening tools on it. I work in an area that is visited by Europeans who are tall, fit and well dressed. They wear real shoes, pants that are not jeans and nice shirts, sweaters and jackets. No big logos on shirts, sleeveless tops, bra staps showing (the girls of course!), socks and sandals and no baggy capri pants. Di | |

| Canadians Posted: 9/25/2007 11:49:17 AM | Ach! I don't work out regularly..but I should! I do eat red meat (wink!). I love my steak medium rare!! I drink coffee and I smoke. I do eat my fruits and veggies like a good girl and my whole grains, but don't make a point of the grains...my pooper works just fine, thank you very much!
What are mommy jeans? Ok, I think I have some of them and my bum still looks cute!! My sneakers are white and they squeak when I walk across a waxed floor. My sweatshirt does not have gardening tools, but snowflakes on it. (Thanks mom, for the lovely Christmas present you got me last year!)
And, I am still sexy!! About the only thing I do not do is allow the sun to turn my skin into shoe leather.

| Canadian women hotter than American women Posted: 9/26/2007 6:28:02 AM | | Yes, it is cold in Canada during the winter. Trust me, your Canadian woman will keep you warm. Unless you live above the arctic circle, it can be very hot in the summer, and the mosquitoes will carry you off. In America, mosquitoes are a nuisance parasite. In Canada they are predators. Canadian women are more mature and less prone to play games than many of the "American princesses" I have met over the years, and on top of that, they have a national health insurance plan. Plus, the fishing is really good there. Of course, you have to take out a mortgage on your home if you want to stock a bar with booze and cigarettes, but I don't drink much anymore, and I only smoke when I drink. As for Canadians being lousy lovers, BULL!!! Somebody hasn't met the women I have. I speak from experience. I am not going to drop everything and move to Canada just yet, but the temptation is always there, should I not find an American girl that suits me. You know: one without the attitude problem. Yeah, good luck on that! They are out there somewhere. Probably right under my nose on POF. | |

I only had to pay my snow shoveller twice last winter. It never gets very cold and our Fall is brilliant.

Must be something in the water they use to make their igloos....

| Canadians Posted: 10/25/2008 10:12:26 AM | | I have noticed a higher percentage of women that have posted from Canada seem to be inline with my thinking then the US profiles I peruse, thus they appear more attractive. All that and National Health Insurance. So how tough are the immigration policies up north? | |

So how tough are the immigration policies up north? It depends on what kind of visa you are entering under... a family one is a little more difficult as you will be expected to be unemployable for a period of time so your sponsor needs to prove they are able to support you and swear they are willing to do that. You would still need to wait three months for Ontario Health Insurance Premiums to be available under your sponsor...
Under a work visa, the potential place of employment needs to prove that they have attempted to fill the position with a Canadian resident prior to looking outside for an employee... in addition, they need to be available to respond to inquiries under short notice and ensure that all standards of employment meet with current labour laws. I'm unsure as to the status of Ontario Health Insurance Premiums for work visas though I do believe that there is insurance that can be purchased which is similar to OHIP.
Cheers... | |

| Canadian women hotter than American women Posted: 10/25/2008 11:21:34 AM | I don't know...I've seen stunning girls on both sides... and the US has 8-9 times our population? (Thus many more stunning girls? :O )
I don't think the US lags behind at all... this from a Canadian who also thinks Canadian women are first rate!
But really there lots of great, attractive women in all countries... I think it is difficult to know about such things (proportions, ratios, etc) for sure.

| Canadian women hotter than American women Posted: 10/25/2008 11:44:43 AM | Maybe we are (or seem) hotter up here because all the time, thought and conversations Americans put towards politics, we put towards sex. | |
