IM talking about art my friend... People seem to get the two confused and thats where the problem starts, because then people either think all nudity is ok or that all nudity is a bad thing. | |

I would not require to be present because I would need to trust you and your instincts. If the trust wasn't there then the relationship would not be worthwhile. I always wanted to take photos of my late wife but now it is too late. Good luck and enjoy your work.

I don't care what person you ask. There is going to be a glitch in their brain when they hear what you are wanting to do. The truth of the matter is-he has no right to say no to you on this or any other subject that only concerns you. It's only his choice to remain in the relationship with you. His only power is to remove himself from the equation if he feels it's necessary.
I personally dont believe there is anything more gorgeous on the planet than the physique and mystery of a woman. Beautiful. I hope you manage to get some really nice works from the session.
Let us know if you and the photographer start dating... I'm curious to see what happens | |

Posted: 1/3/2005 8:59:11 AM | As a professional in the industry,I've been on both sides of the camera in this.A few years ago, a friend of mine who specializes in male nude photography asked me to pose for him.I was flattered.I also got a CD of some really professionally done pics that I used to my advantage (there are women out there,a few,who like male nudes as much as we guys like female nudes).I think I can speak with a bit of understanding here.Here I am a straight guy,posing nude for a gay male photographer.I know now how vulnerable it makes you feel intitially,but you very soon get over that.It also helps if you know the photog really well as I did.
Here's my 2 cents.Don't do it without some kind of contract unless you know the photog really,really well.Chances are he will not just give you the negs (or memory stick if he's digi).He has access to them and can reprint them and use them for years to come as he,or anyone else he sells them to sees fit.Keep that in mind.What would happen if he sells your image to a stock image house and you end up on a porn site?Or,maybe in some ad for say, sun screen lotion and here he is,making money off of the sale and the stock image agency making more money off of your image and you don't get squat.Guess what?Unless you had an agreement with him from the get go,you ain't got a legal leg to stand on. | |

in 1992 and many calendars and smaller magazines. GO FOR IT !!!. I have had beautiful
women that I tried to get to pose for me in what ever way they wanted (nude,swimsuit,glamour ect.) and they kept putting me off only now they wish they had
age catches up with all of us. The only thing I would suggest is take a chaperone with you
anther female is best she will be able to give you suggestions and support
but most important HAVE FUN !!! | |

Now instead of seeing something beautiful I see a person who would treat me like dirt if we ever met. It has the effect of breaking the spell. But when I was young it always gave me a hard on. Sometimes what is between their legs isn't worth dealing with what is between their ears. Some of it is sour grapes, but most of it is what I said. I know they think I'm ugly. That turns me off more than raw sex appeal turns me on.
I felt the same way about young women, in person, when I was young myself. The girl next door, so to speak, was beautiful. The models in magazines were sex symbols, but they never looked real, and I imagined if you met one they would be stuck up. The women who tried looking like the magazine models also got all stuck up. They used their sex appeal to play head games. I never went for those women at all. I liked hippie chicks. Very down to earth, friendly, fun to hang out with.
When I was about 21 I had a friend from down the street who was built just like you would expect for a Playboy model. She was more of a hippie though. One day she mentioned she had been asked to pose for a skin magazine. She wanted to know, did I think she should? She said her Dad wouldn't like it if he found out. I said I thought she was beautiful and anyone seeing her naked would be lucky. I asked her if she liked the magazine. She said it looked like a sleazy magazine. I think she would have posed for art, but just didn't like that slimy porno feeling. She used to ride her bike naked around the university campus early mornings when it rained. When I worked at an adult video store I saw plenty of very tasteful nude,semi nude and clothed pictures of women advertizing the latest in porn videos.Likewise you can also see these same women heading the ads for adult sites.Notice I said advertizing porn not in porn.The ads we had on our walls in the vid stores could've easily been used in makeup ads or sunscreen ads and probably were.The images were bought from a stock image house.These are businesses that buy pics,video and film footage and artwork.The photographer sells the artwork to the stock image house,who then farms it out to whomever is interested in using it.I myself have a deal with a stock footage house for any film or video I happen to shoot that someone may need for something else.The thing you need to be aware of is that once you pose and he has your pics,if you signed a model release (and you will have to do that if he's a pro),you need to read it very carefully and make sure that he doesn't own your image to so with as he wishes in perpetuity. | |

That's a very good point.Pedophiles serving time in prison have said in interviews that were often turned on by ads for disposable diapers or childrens' underclothes or anything else that would feature a nude or semi nude child.I once covered a story about a child molester who collected the covers of diaper boxes from people's garbage.He used his job as a pizza delivery man to find out who had the type of children he was turned on by.He was a sick fuk. | |
