I've had lots of rude, angry emails because I'm not looking to date, and some don't think I should still be posted on the site if that isn't my intentions.
Cheers | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 12/16/2005 8:22:53 AM | Yes, I have gotten those rude messages. Just last night I got one actually. I had some guy IM me and as kme if I was stuck up..and here's why he asked me....
He began the conversation with a "Hi"--alright, normal... but then he went on and on about how he grew up in a single family home with 2 other brothers in a bad neighborhood, how there wasnt enough alcohol in the world to make him happy and how he had been stabbed in the head and needed staples--and that that was the reason why there was something wrong with him.
WOWZA--I just kind of sat there in disbelief and when I didnt respond he told me that I was stuck up becuase I didn't grow up in neighborhood he grew up in (and he had NO idea where I was from) and becuase I didnt grow up in a single famliy home (again, he did not know whether or not I had) and he also said that I was rude and inconsiderate for not feeling sympathy for him! I just about fell off the couch. I mean, what do you say to a person that starts off a conversation like that? I didn't want to be rude and tell him that "You sir, are a scary scary man" but in not doing that I still got called all those names listed up there.
Couldn't win with that one. But theres a story for ya!

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 12/29/2005 7:51:29 PM | Uhuh, yuppers....gottem on another site I'm on too......the latest was a few weeks ago, where the guy totally misunderstood something I had said.... He responded with the nastiest things, so I typed back, well you have a great day, ciao babe!! ( and he said he didn't have a temper previous to the volcano erupting...lol) Another couple cuz they had almost considered me worthy of dating till they discovered that I smoked. That apparently ruffles a few feathers, bad enough to go out of their way to mail me some harsh words....some more when I mailed a sorry I'm not interested, but thanks for your interest type of deal, and some more when I discovered they were married and looking for an intimate encounter, which I just won't do. Then there's the kidlets looking for a MILF or cougar, again not moi, but they figured I should be grateful that they considered me worthy to be with the younguns. I agree with the earlier posters, that you missed a bullet there, and just use that block button. I just wanted to say that I'm sending my prayers to the grand daughter for a successful operation and speedy recovery as well | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 12/29/2005 10:37:40 PM | | Luki1... who's business is it that you are on a site? Why do people get upset over something like that? I mean, if you want to be on the site to find "friends" then I believe that is ok per the site's rules and regulations... some people just want to be nasty because they can get away with it. I say "BLOCK" their sorry butts.... | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 1/10/2006 7:31:25 PM | The question is : If he is writing to you asking why YOU are on a dating site, then why is HE writing back in the same dating site?!!!!!
Anyway, he sounds very hateful...like his mother abandoned him. You are an attractive woman...I really don't think that you will have a problem anywhere else. You seem to also have a sense of humor. I hope you blocked the " corpse "...his humor is dead as hair!

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 1/10/2006 7:38:58 PM | I just got one. Exciting. Completely unprovoked, I did not initiate anything.
"people like you make me sick.
whatever brings out the best in people, makes this world a better place.
ill be the first to quote nietzche when dealing with an ultra radical religious zealot.
but people like you are a mockery to the intelligent people of this little planet.

i pity the fool. i quote mr.t

ohyeh, before you attack my religious beliefs, ill let you know, i dont beLIEve in anything.
theres no difference between me and a slug. save your petty words for someone who will eat it up....with a silver spoon."

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 1/10/2006 8:52:03 PM | Yep, I've gotten lots of those before from various people over the time I've chatted online. I really should learn to take it better then I do, I tend to get personally upset and feel the need to defend myself when someone does that ...
I had to see what the person was talking about and I looked at your profile. I think your pictures have a unique spin on them and it's neat! Don't worry about what that person says, some gentleman will come along who really understands what you were trying to do there!!

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 1/10/2006 9:01:53 PM | Why do people even send stuff like that out??? If they don't like your profile then fine, so be it don't look at it. Isn't that why we all have profiles? People can look.. read.. and IF they are interested then and only then should they contact us. Some people are just so angry in life it is sad. I do not understand why someone would feel the need to just be nasty to a person. Get over it.. go look at the next profile... don't get all pissy and send out a mean email just because you don't agree with someone.
I bet they don't have a "happy place" in those closed little brains of theirs and that is why they are so miserable... tsk tsk tsk... such a waste of energy...

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 2/5/2009 9:58:44 AM | Woohoo! I SENT my first angry email yesterday in response to an email I received.
He wrote "I know I'm not that tall, but you aren't that young. I hope we can come to an understanding and have lunch."
I mean, how dare he suggest lunch on a first meet?! That should be a full blown dinner with wine, candles and flowers. Maybe an after dinner digestif. Am I right? How insulting.

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 2/5/2009 10:22:11 AM | Let's face it, there are some very strange (or substitute your favorite adjective) people on here | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 2/5/2009 11:28:01 AM | I'm not sure old ugly bald guys have to market cornered on mental/personality/anger issues, i think we should do a study on mental medications to break this down and find out | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 2/10/2009 6:04:32 AM | | Simple, they are bitter and feel the need to tear down others to make themselves feel better. Many times I politely tell a man I am not interested, they respond back with rudeness. Thier loss, and the fact they act how they do just further reassures me it was the right reason to do so. | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 2/10/2009 6:05:48 AM | | Omg you poor thing!! The nerve of some men ":(. I am not a lesbian by any means, but you are an extremly beautiful woman. | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 2/10/2009 6:24:02 AM | op, there's no such thing as "Angry emails for no reason."
Most of the time the 'reason' is that they were raised wrong!
Be glad they 'out' themselves right out of the gate! What a waste it would be to actually spend valuable time and energy meeting them!
Smile! the universe is unfolding as it should...let's all hope they don't learn to hide their true selves from us in future 'attempts'.

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 10/24/2009 8:15:56 PM | It just cracks me up how some women can get offended and so bent out of shape from a few harmless rude messages online. Seriously, learn to suck it up and get over it girl.
And no, I 've never received any angry emails...lol

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 10/24/2009 8:46:21 PM | There are all sorts of people, some nice, some nasty, some indifferent. I will never forget when I met the first awful women in my life. I was a child and my mother wanted to go to NYC to see her mother and some freinds. She broght me and my younger brother up with her from Jersey to experience the AUTOMAT. It was the first place to eat that used a mechanized machine to vend it. It had people working making it but no human contact, it was anovilty and the first of its kind, today we would rather not use machines anylonger but prefer human service. Anyway sorry to drag this out. When we sat down at a table, long bench style then, a women sitting across the table from me angrilly said to my mother that I kicked her. She became very irate saying bad things to my mother and got up and left. I didnt do anything to her but it was that day there were very strange people in the world, with irational behaviors. | |

| Angry emails for no reason. Posted: 10/24/2009 8:55:23 PM | I have gotten so many nasty mails it's almost unbelievable..
And I just love to poke the bear when I get them. But since a few have reported me for replying in the same manner it was received I just read them, share them with friends and then delete them.
