now! i have just heard last night that the europeon judges have granted prisoners the right to vote!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!! ????? ??????...... what the hell is happening to this world!!!
does that mean now that the goverment partys are going to try and win the prisoners votes by offering better conditions or lighter sentance. WHAT EVER NEXT!!! next prisoners will be getting payed for being in prison. oh yeah that's right they are!!! not only was i completely gob smacked that they are given the right to vote, but i then heard that they are now going to court to get it ruled that they should be payed for being in prison and it has to comply with min wage. ...... .......... ....... .......... ......... WHAT!!!!! ......... ........
so all that tells me is if i can't get a job all i have to do is go down the street and hack someones head off!! can you just think of what the parents of the child that gets raped and murderd are going to feel like knowing that the guy that done this is being paid to sit in a cell with all his comforts!
i'm sure you'd agree when i say that if it was my child i'd take the law into my own hands, i'd rip his throat out! this has still got to be put to the courts yet but by any small chance if it was given to the prisoners, i can see total chaos and disorder.
so on that note i'm packing my bags and moving to america they seem to know about law and justice. and as for europe and the goverment, what a bunch of clowns they are.

I nearly threw up when I red your thread, roaul, although we do not have the benefit of the circumstances of this case at hand it still begs the question how can the justice system justify that decision to give the nurse a lenient jail term. I would have to be absolutely clear that this nurse had no intension of selling these baby organs on the open or foreign market . didn’t derive any pleasure from keeping these organs doesn’t have a long association with working with children  :devil :I would like to see a forum of action created on here..woodstocks36 | |

I see you have a young child, Do you really want to be in a country where the police are armed, and maybe one day your son is running away from somehwhere because hes scared, but the police think hes a criminal and shoot him dead! thats what happened in stockwell, I have kids too and im so glad I dont live somewhere like that. | |

Posted: 10/20/2005 7:24:25 PM | I agree with what you said about the Jamie Bulger case, they should never have been released, also, the death penalty is NO deterent, if it was then how come there`s loads of cons in USA awaitng it? and when it was in force in this country there were still murders committed. Better to lock them up for life in solitary confinement, let them go around the twist and let the toughest cons serve them dinner each day in their cell and rinse them with boiling tea once a week for a treat, with lots of sugar in it so it sticks! I think i`d rather be dead!
As for the British justice system being an ass, have you sampled the family law system in which the best liar wins the child, no evidence required! | |

Posted: 8/23/2007 11:58:28 AM | | sorry to drag this up from the depth of time ,but after hearing that to day a jehovah's witness minister was let off after admitting a series of sexual attacks on kids one who was only 18 months old,i am really sorry for the state of british justice,the mans own sister demanded he went to jail for these crimes yet the judge just lets him walk free. where/what is justice now on this pathetic island,should we just close every jail and let them all free since it wont matter the crime the judge will let you off. | |

the whole thing makes me sick to my stomach and then some. Id make life mean life..however for those who commit crimes that are dreadful such as the sexual abuse of a child..well these crimes mean you effectively sign your release from the human race..so id kill each and everyone of them and not flinch.
