Older women/younger men.....my wife and I just separated recently...she is 37, and is now living with an 18 yr old boyfriend. Oh, and by the way....she was seeing him behind my back for almost a year before we called it quits. I suspected, but couldn't wrap my head around why...but it all comes down to maturity. He is a bit more mature than some 18 yr olds....and she is quite immature for 37. Guess they were made for each other.

All I ever dated was younger men.. some are for the sex, some are for the mother, and some are just into dating older women and enjoy it.. I have had all types.. whatever turns your crank i guess.. but I do, believe that yes there could be a connection.

I've attempted the younger woman thing (up to 17 years difference) and I just didn't feel comfortable with it. I prefer closer to my age and even a fe years older. I never had a negative experience, I simply didn't feel right in social gatherings with my friends and with hers.

Maybe I'm a traditionalist... who knows?

I wouldn't mind a girl my age (22) or a couple years older up to say... 24 or so... Just the maturity is a huge deffirence between someone 18/19 and someone 22... I would like to see a mature woman, not some girl for once. They just don't realize what a good guy is at that age.

I'm not sure its an age issue, I think its more of an attitude issue. If it was an age issue an older woman would just go for any young man, as it appears they prefer the mature young men, and of course looks count too. They want to be seen as a sexual object without being treated as one (respected, not degraded), I think. As I have found out not every older woman is a sex expert just because of their age, so younger guys must find something beyond the sex appealing. I also think thats its important for a younger guy to meet and be with an older woman, to get a better perspective of women in general.... kind of like coming from where the younger women are going...I hope that makes some sense.

older is better.....as long as its not more then like 8 years differance between the two of you...i find that younger women don't usally now what they want and are less xperienced every girl i ever dated was at least a yearr older then me..so i say to older women

lust plays a big role in any relationship wehre there is a huge difference..Can it last?? well if there is a meeting of the minds, values, interests and all the other things that contribute to a healthy interesting and committed LTR then yes..If its only based on sex and financial stability then no.
Every case must be treated and judged it its own merits...Can I do it..I don't know..depends on the person...

Biggest age difference for me... I was 19, he was 37.... (relationship that is) I have had sexual flings with older and younger. I was always into older men (with the odd exception) until recently. Lately I find myself very attracted to younger guys. Just this summer I dated a guy who was 19 (I'm 26). That's not that bad but the maturity level just wasn't there on his part.

Currently- ME=26, HIM=22... I think its a perfect little gap. Just enough to make it interesting, not so big that there is no future in it. I need to know that there's a possibility for the future, or it's nothing more than a fling as far as I'm concerned. So far, this ain't no fling, baby...

Whats the difference Older/Younger same age, who carses as long as there is a connection, and its dating/relationship.... But when it comes to long term there will be more difficulty if the age difference is too large

Well it is a known fact that women live longer than men, so heck, why not go for it? Within reason I may add....if a guy is like 25 and wishes to date me, who is 47.... don't think that would go to far for sure...also depends on the maturity level of the two involved....a lot of my lady friends actually think men their age have not kept themselves up and have aged faster so they prefer younger men....Now hold yer horses....I didn't say it, they did! lol
Just go with the flow I guess and your own personal comfort level...easier for some to date older/younger than it is for others....

I think this makes a lot of sense personally. At least to me. I am not however comfortable with the idea that all younger men need to be with an older woman just to learn about them. That would infer using them as a teaching tool. But as he said, we are not sex experts of our ages? How true! Nor do we teach sex ed. If I woulda known it was required...I woulda got my degree in that!

I had a convo the other night with a younger guy..bout 40 I guess. Went something like this.
Him.......u like younger guys?
Me.......Nope. You like old ladies?
Him.....ya.
Me...Why.
Him.......The experience.
Me......Well I think that is just dumb.
Him....How so?
Me....Well if we got all this experience.......why on earth would we want to waste our
time on some-one who don't know nothin??
Him....lol.

We did talk further and discuss other stuff, but that was basically the end of the sex talk.
Beats me why they think we got time to teach them anything? Any guy gets with me better be a great teacher, not a bloody student!!

Personally I lean towards the mature individual nowadays. Age 50 and up or I am wasteing my time.

Age is nothing more then anumber. It all depends on the maturity of the couple involved.
