But I will stick with a four time Cup Champion, who after next year will have 5!!! Even if he isnt the most masculine fellow in the world. And again, a word of warning for you and RaceChik... you girls had better kick ol Tony the Kitten in the butt and tell him to quit this point runnin stuff and start racin before Jimmy or Carl take over the lead going into Homestead!!!

Posted: 11/11/2005 11:52:03 AM | Alarm ~ Dale does love Phoenix and always does exceptional there. With having Tony Eurey back on his box, they'll be tough. So does Mark Martin, who is actaully the overall leading money winner from there. Would love to see some of the back markers make a great race of it Sunday... even win it if at all possible. But those darn Chase guys have been great with consistency the past eight races... so if Tony doesnt make any huge mistakes, he should be ok. Right now, all he cares about is "where is Jimmy Johnson?" and stays as close to him as possible, hopefully ahead of him...
Thats why a warning to RaceChik and Sexymoma, cause ol Carl Edwards is still there!!! And really hot right now. | |

Posted: 11/12/2005 12:30:22 PM | ok i got to put my 2 cents in here too,, its to bad that Jr on in the race for cup but i am hopful for next year that he will get his first cup win.. now for tony the only thing i like about him is his eyes he got the most sexiest eyes i have ever seen and a nice butt to go with it but i have been a hude fan of the late Dale Earnhardt so when we lost the best driver in nascar i went with his son. but i might have to say tony might have to watch out for jimmie now, i think he is wanting this cup and he missed it by 8 points last year and he is less behind tony this year then he was last year so he might have a chance but he got to do and finish better then tony does. i am hoping jimmie wins it not that i like him i like to see someont that has not won it win it not the same ones all the time.
we will be back in 2006 so watch out for the DEI and the num 8 car | |

I loved reading all these threads.....just going on who the favorites are I guess I might be the oldest since my personal favorite is Dale Jarrett. I do like Tony though quite a bit and I hope he is gonna win the championship. I am always happy when anyone except Johnson, Harvick or either of the Busch's win. Did you hear about Kurt Busch being pulled over for speeding this weekend? And he was driving drunk but the breathlyzer machine failed and he ended up with a ticket for reckless driving. The cops said he was arrogant and uncooperative. If they watched NASCAR at all they would have known to expect that

But other than that you are good to go! Cheer on Dale Jarrett! And root for anyone besides Tony the Kitten.... LOL I will give you a list of 41 others you can cheer on!!! And hey, if you dont care if Jeffy is gay or not, you can root for his fifth championship that he will be winning next season!!!

Sinjia~~If anyone has the heart and soul in racing and the love of a win.....It's Tony! Carl may be on a roll but Tony has the experience and skill that Carl has yet to acquire. Just my opinion because I like Edwards but I think Tony has what it takes to pull this off!

Yeah and ljh67~ I read in the paper this morning that Busch was detained for drinking and driving outside the race track. Now who remembers the incident with Scott Wimmer?? He was suspended because of drinking and driving......will this happen to the reigning Nextel Cup Champ???? I seriously doubt it!!!!!!

Posted: 11/13/2005 9:32:27 AM | Okay all.......the newest thing on Kurt Busch......He has been suspended for the rest of the season! Nascar This Morning just announced it! It's imposed by Roush Racing not Nascar though and he is still on the premises at Phoenix Raceway!!!
I really didn't think that it would happen! Guess I was wrong! But that goes to show that Roush is more sponsor oriented than driver oriented! Money, money, money!!!

Posted: 11/13/2005 12:12:18 PM | Nascar has strick rules against drinking and drug use and he apparently had the smell of alcohol on his breath which is the reason for the need to test for alcohol. The machine failed which is why they couldn't charge him for driving under the influence. They could only charge him with reckless driving. His action towards to police didn't help his cause according to his own words...
Kenny Wallace will be driving the #97 car for Rousch Racing.

Sinjia-I love Dale Jarrett but I root for lots of others too....I guess DJ is just sort of a sentimental favorite. 
I think Carl is on a roll but you know how Tony is.....he'll give it all he's got to get another championship.
