And I can tell you that Budweiser is probably the biggest bottomless pit in racing sponsorship. That hasn't made Junior a better racer, or a smarter one.Heck , in that perfectly crappy movie, "Days of Thunder", Duval proved you could build a winning racecar in an old barn. What a load. That hasn't been done since the 60's. Its all about the money now in Cashcar. Drivers are interchangeable in their oversized IROC cars, But I love you anyway.
If you got it a salesman sold it, a trucker brought it, and it came in a cardboard box

From the front of the field, the pole sitter, to the 43rd car in the field, they are usually less than a few seconds apart. And thats going around a mile track, a mile and a half track and a 2 mile track. I dont care who it is... thats CLOSE!

RaceChik20...........again you kill me.......to make a statement like that.
A drivers success depends also on his pit crew, crew chief and spotter while he is racing . You are oblivious to the fact that every driver who wins and enters the winners circle gives credit to his team members , owners and sponsors because they know that without that winning combination they might not have been in that winners circle to begin with.
So there is no telling how well Stewart would do with another team backing...there is no way you could guarantee a victory.
He has the money and the popularity to pretty much drive for whomever he wants
.........the same could be said for a lot of other race car drivers......do you think he is the only popular driver with money.
quit the Gibs team and join the Henderick team and cheer for Jimmie Johnson
