| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/19/2005 7:02:02 PM | Corry, our predictions sure are not very good for tonight soo far.... I have lost most of them so far.. With all the games that have ended so far, I have only one Ottawa, and it looks good for the Flyers and Islanders... The Preds are down 3-1. Not good. lol...
Detroit has lost 4 straight....

| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/19/2005 7:39:11 PM | | You are right about that. I really don't care about the other teams wins and loses. Ya sure I would like them to win because of my hockey pool but as long as the SENS win and I would like to see the Canadian teams win except for TORONTO that is all that matters to me.... lol.. | |

| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/20/2005 4:24:29 AM | | Good to see there are more hockey fans out there other than myself! I'm new to this site but not new to hockey, have always loved it. And although I have no natural connections to any cities with NHL teams (being in Sweden and all) I like the Avalanche and the Flyers the best. | |

| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/20/2005 8:41:44 AM | | Are you certain Jonsson that that has nothing to do with Peter Forsberg?? | |
|
| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/20/2005 11:28:29 AM | | Nope, I am certain it does have to do with Forsberg, as he is from my hometown and we even went to the same high school and had a few subjects together. So that's the reason why I like the teams he is/was on. | |

|
| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 6:10:52 AM | | Hey---the Bolts remembered the forecheck, and ta-daa, win 2 in a row, and we are now within 6 of the canes (have to go lower case, since only Miami is the Canes). | |

| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 8:14:55 AM | tonight...
flames left frozen...under a blanket of ice...
sharks struggling for life...in an Oil slick...

| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 8:20:44 AM | | ladybugg--good luck to your lads--tomorrow--we get a chance to kick some more Flyer butt | |
|
| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 8:38:04 AM | thanx im sensual...but lady luck need not waste her blessings on our boys...there are many other teams that could use a douse of good fortune when compared to talent...in fact...i would suggest some major "kissin-up" in some instances....!
ps..."good-luck" with those Flyers tommorow...!...lol
|
| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 9:20:41 AM | the Wings... are gettin all their losing done now... its been a lousy road trip for us to say the least... still tryin to find the right who/where/when chemistry.. but we will pick it up... and watch that Pavel kid. No not that one, the Detriot one! And Kovalchuck is kickin ass again; he'll be one to watch. Got to watch all the games saturday night after all... Toronto sure has Atlantas ticket... and Sergei F is in Columbus now? hes gettin volleyed around more than a tennis ball in a Kornakova match! And jonsson.. welcome aboard! Cant wait to argue with you next world cup and championship!!
Which poses a question Id like to ask... which country produces the over all best players... next to Canada? the Czechs? Russians? Swedes? or.. those other guys... Americans?
|
| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 9:44:14 AM | | saiyan: I'm partial to the US players, but I think you might have to look at the Czech's, they are a bit grittier than the Russians, play a tad more North American. | |
|
| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 2:13:09 PM | So when is Eastern conference teams gonna play Western teams...... its getting boring to see all the eastern teams play against each other!!! Are they trying to save money by less travelling ? lol | |
|
| Hockey anyone? Posted: 11/21/2005 2:53:32 PM | | This may be true... but man, have you seen some of the hits Ovechkin is dishing out this year? I gott say, if i had to pick ROY right now i would take him over Crosby. | |
