Well i hate to break the bad news to you folks but there are no perfect guys or ladies.
everyone has faults and you have to except their faults or you will be alone a very long time. for the people who think they are quote "HOT" please you maybe nice lookin but mother nature will reclaim that one day then all you are left with is the person you are inside.
stop lookin for "HOT" and look for what a person is and you might find the one person to make your life happy and loving.
But what do I know i am one of those hopeless romantic types  | |

Posted: 3/22/2007 5:13:12 PM | I think it is just finding someone for either sex in general.There is always another window to look at and see if someone looks better/sounds better comes along .It seems as everyone is just not willing to see each person for who they are, it is all about looks, money and material things.
Everyone wants there share of the cake and to be able to eat too. Times have changed and with that so have people and their outlook on life and how people live it. People want the best of both worlds and many will lie ,cheat and steal to get it.
I'm not writing this with a negative outlook but just from chatting with people of both sexes this is what is happening. It is really hard to find someone that you 100% click with and most aren't willing to give you the time to see how far it may go.They want mr/miss perfect at first sight or they move along and some are just looking for a sex partner as they don't want anything serious.
Go figure ...I really don't look anymore and if there is such a thing as Mr.Right , then so be it and hopefully he'll bump into me soon.

Posted: 3/22/2007 5:23:48 PM | How funny. I was NOT looking for Mr. Right. I was hoping Mr. Right For Me would find me. And, thankfully I'm a glass-half-full type personality because he did find me. Had I believed all of this negativity ~ I wouldn't have been open to the options in front of me.
Magazines, tv, movies, etc., played NO role in what/who I was hoping for ~ I made my own boundaries on traits, goals, interests, intellect, religious beliefs, sexual interests, etc., and had he not found me, I would have been just fine without a romantic interest in my life. Know yourself and take the time to get to know others ~ you just might be surprised what you discover along the way. JMO  | |
