But, I do wish I had a stalker though.......it would make me feel kind of wanted,..no? Anyways, when I get crank calls I say, "Hold on let me get a Cigarette!"

it doesnt necessarily freak me out though. I think of it somewhere you can store a profile to get the time and courage to contact them
Also it helps me keep track of who my friendly emails are...etc....lots of different nics can get confusing....someone here said 'bookmark' and I think thats a good word for it
There would have to be a bit more activity than that to for me to feel stalked though.
Ps Im not being a smart---ss but this a legitimate question: how can you tell is someone is lurking in the forums but arent posting? do you mean they contact you to talk about your posts or something???? | |

Is there a lurker out there with the secret of life and you feel left out? Is your privacy beeing invaded? And what if all those 10:1's posted? Would you have time to look through ten times the number of posts? It might be better to just let those post who feel they have something worth saying (publicly mind you) post and let everyone who wants to just enjoy the ride enjoy the ride. Let's all share a little and try to play nice.

It's fun to click on a profile, then see the profiles of the area they are in above them, then start clicking on those and see how many people it will cycle through. Or see they've said something of interest in a thread I've missed and backtrack to check it out
