Chatting with one girl last night and she stated that she is looking for friends. Ok, that was fine and dandy but she later stated that when she meets guys off the net, if by the end of a week she isn't dating them, then she deletes and ignores them.
Stating that she doesn't have time to waste, so my question is, if she's looking for friends but really looking for a b/f why does she only give a guy a week ??

I read some women's responses and they have not really answered your concerns. For example, "if it happens, it happens" (I know guys are guilty too) I disagree. Why can't we try and create an opportunity. Using an analogy, The ol saying of getting a job "right time, right place" well, why not try to be truthful on the profiles, so when someone is interested, "if it happens, it WILL happen" because people will be informed?!!?

Posted: 10/21/2005 11:38:59 AM | I have friends or talk/email on mine only because I don't live where I am trying to meet people at yet...I'm trying to meet some people so when I get there at least I will know someone. If once I get there and meet up with someone and we hit it off sure I would go out with them. I think most people say that just to protect themselves from actually having to reject someone, this way they can pick and choose who they want to actually meet which I have to agree really sucks and isn't fair to the other person. I personally would love to meet the person who said life was fair in a dark ally for a few minutes of up close personal attention LOL
