Posted: 6/18/2006 4:56:34 PM | | Yes there's some good men left but there hard to find, they did a story once on the news that said most of the good men stay in the house alot so maybe that's why we never see them if any of you sopt one please get a picture of him I like to know a good man when i see him. | |

Posted: 6/18/2006 7:15:49 PM | The problem is getting worse with the slow death of commitment. For instance, traditionally, a man would court a woman for marriage. He would quickly realize that he may not be able to pull the best-looking women, so he would focus on the ones he could get. Almost every man got a woman, and vice versa. Maybe not the most desirable, but at least they have companionship. Now that marriage is not seen as compulsory, men and women will hold out longer (sometimes forever) to wait for "the one". To make matters worse, the media is full of desirable men and women, so that inflates everyone's expectations. So now more people are going for only the "best" men and women. Not that I think everyone should get married, but this phenomenon still takes place.
What's not helping the situation is the whole "b*tch-ho" mentality, fueled in large part by the hip-hop and lolitas that have pervaded the bleak musical and media landscape. | |

Posted: 6/21/2006 7:45:12 PM | of course there are still a lot of good men left...all someone has to do is read these forums to see that...they have a lot of heart and soul...feelings that have been hurt...hearts broken just as the ladies have gone thru...but there are a lot of very decent men out here in the world...My total HONEST opinion...

There are billions of people out in the world (men and women) chances are....

but I'm always the optimist: plenty of good men, plenty of good women...also plenty of dopes in both sexes, too....I like to just take my time and enjoy the other's company....not rushing in at all. | |

There is ONE less good man, well much better than good, and he's mine.

Posted: 6/23/2006 1:36:10 AM | yeh there are some good men out there ofcourse there are, but that doesnt mean they are for you, some women like a **stard, some women like a good guy, some women can turn a decent guy into a **stard, some women may be able to make a **stard in to a nicer **stard and vice vercer on the women front.
you could meet a great guy, but he may not do it for u on the physical side of things. | |

If a good man is: A man with values, high standards and morals, yes they exist. Hard to get, because they have, well, values, high standards and morals.
If a good man is: A guy who won't ask me how many jerks I screwed before deciding I want a good man, they're getting scarce.
If a good man is: A man who won't mind that I was used by the whole fire department, have a bunch of fatherless children, and am 50 pounds overweight, they're even scarcer. | |
