and while we are on the subject, If an older lady has so much to offer, what the hell does she get back from a younger man? (who has experienced as much as the younger ladies?)

No. It's not always about sex. Some older women have the same interests and lifestyle with younger men. Some younger men like older women because some older women have a good combination of maturity, wisdom, beauty, and sexual experience. If you don't want to date younger men. Fine. But younger men have every right to prefer older women and vice versa. On other threads, you stated that you wouldn't date younger men because they are immature. You stated that younger men are only looking for sex. Those are general comments. Yet you criticize people for making a general comment about why they prefer older women. That's hypocritical.

Good combination of maturity? im sorry but maturity has nothing to do with age and neither does wisdom, wisdom comes with experience and experience can be gained at ANY age.
Beauty, has nothing to do with age either and neither does sexual experience.
ESPECIALLY sexual experience!
Id say sexual experience is down to someone who know's and feels comfortable/confident with their own body and they know how to use it.
Someone who experiments, enjoys, is open minded and is able to give as well as receive in all carnal pleasures.
Im sorry but its rather an infantile view for someone to believe this can only experienced by people over 40....
There are some absolutely stunning 40/50 even 60 somethings out there...
Jane Asher, Felicity Kendall, Joanna Lumley, Jane seymore... and many others.
These women look fantastic and id die to look like them at their age...
Personally, Id be embarrased to be a 40 something, trying to sell reasons to a 29 yr old as to why boys prefer older women....
I dont buy it im afraid. Everyone is different and they have their own reasons for what they like/prefer... but for god's sake, stop generalising that younger ladies have nothing to offer.... Its pathetic. | |

That's your opinion. I didn't state that all younger women are ugly. Of course there are plenty of attractive women in their 20s and 30s. I simply stated why some men like older women. They are entitled to their viewpoint just like you are. Beauty is a part of that. Age doesn't always determine maturity, wisdom, and sexual experience, but I know that I am wiser, more mature, and have more sexual experience now than I had 5-10 yrs ago. I am wiser and more mature than most younger men that I know.
Which Is why I always found boys my own age imature.
Once again, it's okay for you to make a general statement about men your age being immature. Yet you criticize other people for making a general comment for why they like older women. | |

I know someone who slept with a 47 yr old and I asked why he did It - he said
"cuz she was gaggin for it, and older women are easy targets!"
He's not the brightest light in the street but there you go, that was his reason.
This may not apply to every young man who sleeps with an older woman but, that was his reason.
but as I said befor, each to their own.
oh and on the "I didn't state that all younger women are ugly" - I never said that you did.
I said the reasons why men choose to prefer older women are unjustified.

I like older women because they are less shy. They are not afraid, better yet they know how to tell you what they want. I find it easier to tell them what I want. I have dated and I find that older women are more freaky, they know how to make themselves cum, and they are more invovled in the moment.
Maybe it's really b/c older women have far more appreciation for nine inches of man meat?  | |

Because I'm cute, I can converse about almost anything. I'm done having kids. I have my own finances in order. I'm experienced sexually and socially. I'm cute. I've travelled. I know how to play golf. I'm relaxed about life. I'm not tied to my girlfriends as much as when I was younger. oh, I'm cute. I've known enough men to be comfortable around them...drama is not part of my life....and I'm cute.
For those guys who like older women..why not? What do I get out of it...fun. A younger man is more likely to be less serious, have less health problems...and I'm very active. I'm not knockin' older guys..they have their good points too. But why limit yourself!

No im not young at all... x my viewpoint isnt because I have a problem with the older lady..(which people think... lol) ... I just find it a bit childish for people to assume that maturity means being older.... Its doesnt... it means developed... mentally.

errr....actually, that wasn't meant to be catty, just a feeble attempt at sarcasm. I do think you are young, but my point is that what is an "old woman" to one person is a spring chicken to another. The pushing 30 was definitely meant as a joke. (specially since I am 30 something and NOT old, thank you very much...)
I personally hate these age threads and how they always turn into a contest as to who is better....young people vs. old. It seems pretty silly and meaningless to me.
I have met lots of 20 somethings with their life in order, and lots of 40 somethings who can't manage to hold down a job or pay their bills on time. Maturity and compatibility isn't necessarily measured by the number of years someone has lived on the earth. I think it is great the the OP likes and appreciates older women, which I think is what the main point was supposed to be. I don't think it was ever meant to turn into "older women are so much better than younger ones," which is kind of what happened. | |

On the old front I always think about what if I died...
I mean if you died people would say good god, 34 (or however old u are).... thats no age to die....
which it isnt, but you may feel old next to a 20 yr old or something....
Its when you die and people say" she's had a good innings".... (thats when your old) lol

1.there mind is ALOT MORE OPEN TO ANYTHING
2its not about money or what u have its COMPANIONSHIP
3.WHEN WOMEN ARE YOUNG THEY WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF, WHEN THEY GET OLDER AND THEY KIDS ARE LEAVING THE NEST, WE ARE SPOILED LIKE UR A god-mother with benefits.
