Older women? Yeah.... gotta love 'em. Sexy, smart, fun, able to be themselves and able to hold a great conversation.

I disagree. Some younger men might think older women are desperate and easy, but not all. I have often dated younger men and many of them are polite, respectful, and mature. There are many men that would seriously date an older women. BTW, there are also some older men who are only looking for sex.

On POF, women are in control because they usually get more emails than men regardless of age. In real life, there are plenty of "cougars" who seek out younger men just like there are plenty of younger men who seek out older women. It doesn't always mean that someone is desperate, easy, or using the other person for sex. Some younger men and older women are simply attracted to each other.

I'd take an older woman over a younger, or even my own age group, pretty much any day. Sure, getting laid is fun but I like some company as well and you just don't get that with younger women, especially the shallow "youth" of today.

Scare 'em? Sure you can. We have our fears, they are just not the same ones we had when we were in our 20s. Con 'em? You are right, you can try conning us, but most of us are pretty wise and will call him on the con straight away!! Usually honest? Always honest for me and some people do not like it. Some people are honest their whole lives. Honesty is one thread in their moral fiber. Others, it takes years of learning the hard way to figure out it is much simpler to tell the truth in the first place than have to do damage control down the road (kinda like you can't con us for very long!)
And a 16 year-old heart is in every older lady.
I completely agree with this and is probably the reason I do not feel my age...yet!
I get a lot of emails from younger men and while there are some who are looking to have their fantasy of having an older woman fulfilled, most however, just want to have a decent, intelligent conversation with a woman. Two or three young guys I chat with only want to talk baseball. Another is a college student who loves to write, so we talk about that and his college life.
I do not chat with these guys (who are in their mid-20s) often, but they are welcome to say hello to me any time! | |

Now that I'm a lot closer to 40 than 30, I find my head turning rather often when I meet a grown woman who takes care of herself, balances family, work & fun and has personality to boot. That is supremely sexy.
