| condom shopping, does size matter? Posted: 11/16/2005 4:54:30 AM | You have to be careful if you try putting a larger size condom on an undersize guy would it fall off inside of her? The size actually does matter I had baught large size condoms and had a hard time cumming, when I took the condom off I had a ring around the base where the end was. It was entirly too tight and preventing me from ejaculating. I realized this after 1 1/2 hrs of steady fu**ing. | |

| condom shopping, does size matter? Posted: 11/16/2005 6:13:03 AM | | Just because a guy has a big D^&k does not mean every girl will like him....Half the time it hurts them to much to do things they like as in doggy style....I'm not saying I have this problem all the time or that I'm huge but If your hurting them and not pleasing then what is the point | |

| It's Marketing: Magnum Condoms,, Magnum Price Posted: 11/20/2005 4:03:27 PM | It's a marketing gimmick. (Be CERTAIN your self-esteem is OK before reading this.)
I find the fit between the so-called Magnums and the normal-size condoms to be about the same: uncomfortable, tight as a glove. The only difference I can discern is the price; indeed, the Trojan Magnums are *substantially* more expensive than the non-Magnums, approximately double the price.
They are charging twice the money for effectively the same product, but wrapped in a different box. Regardless of cost, what man is NOT going to pick the box that (he hopes) sends the message, "my weapon is a MAGNUM" to the cashier and any nosey customers in the check-out line?
Another observation: Magnum *boxes* are larger than the boxes of other condoms, yet Magnums boxes still hold fewer condoms per box (I guess they need more room to sit that extra two microns of latex thickness per unit.)
Thus, we have fewer condoms (say, 24 instead of 36 or 48) sold at a price more than double the 48-count box of "normal-size" condoms. It's like the lever that lab mice press for a reward. Indeed, the customer now has something to make him feel good (or at least less insecure) about himself while standing in line for the cashier.
It certainly changes your interaction with the cashier, that's a given. And instead of worrying that you'll be embarrassed if a fellow shopper's curious eye spots them next to your laundry detergent, you might find yourself buying more than 10 items, thereby disqualifying you from using express line, *hoping* your fellow shoppers will see them (and infer that you have a big penis.)
Marketing products to men insecure about their penis size is a winning strategy... Exotic-car makers have known this for years. :-) | |
