I come on here as sincere and honest as they come, but when I leave messages, it doesnt get me anywhere with ladies because they see my picture or my message isn't good enough. Who knows what a good message is and how to write it because I'm sure they are all the same, just worded different. Granted Im not the hottest guy in here but I still have a heart also. I've received messages that just say no thanks, so the woman do it also playing with a guys head by maybe saying Hey I like your message lets chat but, you never hear from them again. I just think its wrong and maybe were both wrong for doing it but thats the way things go. | |

How nice would that be to go to bed with someone, talk about everyday things while just spooning, and falling asleep? Then waking up in the morning, looking over,,and watching him (or her) sleeping and smiling to yourself how lucky you are. *sigh

Whats on my mind is my camping trip up into the u.p..this coming Monday.I cant wait to get up there...to listen to the wind in the pines and the waves of Lake Superior crashing into shore. The beautiful black sky filled with zillions of stars . Setting around the campfire enjoying the quiet or maybe laughing and talking with my son and my sis..

Posted: 8/12/2007 8:39:31 PM | Well , I am back home from camping and wishing I was still up there. The bugs werent bad at all....but oh it was hotter then heck. The fire up there is close to where we were. In fact the day before, we were in that same area. I sure hope they get it out soon...They just need a good rain for a couple days to help them.
We finally had rain here..we still have a burning ban...no burning at all. Then you see idiots burning stuff and the wind blowing...I mean how dumb can anyone be? Glad they will be fined..maybe they will learn. | |

I drive a ford explorer and the clutch/pressure plate went south on me so I am doing the backyard mechanic thing and fixing it myself. Got the tranny unbolted and can't get the slave cylinder apart. I have this stupid little white ring on the slave cylinder that looks like the ring off a milk jug that I have to press down into this damn little slot and it just isn't working. Sometimes I just wanna pour 5 gallons of gas on this car and light it, but that would cost me $15 to do and I don't think the car is worth that! There I feel better thanks for letting me get that off my chest. | |

Posted: 8/17/2007 12:19:47 AM | I know that the playing head games goes both ways, but geez, I met a guy at the Virgos Party Saturday, we really connected, went out Sunday and then all the sudden last night he calls me and says I am only good enough for a short term relationship so I am not good enough to even talk to anymore and isn't even willing to try with me. I am about ready to throw in the towel with the male generation. I have been slapped, pinned, stalked and dumped all by men that I either met on first dates or had gone out twice with .

Posted: 8/18/2007 8:37:40 PM | Well I am sorry for certain things that I have said above because the guy from Virgos is a great guy and what we had was a very big misunderstanding and we really did connect and obviously still do. We are going to see each other. As far as the other guys that all did happen. I know that there are good guys out there that have been hurt like I have, and I am sorry if I have ever hurt any man. Certainly never meant to. All I can say is that sometimes when your heart gets broken you run scared and that is what I had done. I am not ready to throw in the towel with this man. I am going to prove to him that all of us woman are not the same, and that there are still decent woman out there that don't want to lie, cheat, and screw around and hurt men. I am one of them. I am and always will be a one man woman.

Everyone is so concerned with weight. When you look at it long term, we are all going to loose our looks, body shape or whatever as we age. And yea... This sleeping alone crap is for the birds.. Been sleeping alone on a couch for almost 3 years now...
Too cold to do what I want to do. Oh well ...
Anyhow, you all have a good sunday.. Think I have about used up my computer time for the week now... LOL

Most people seem to take a lot longer than me to decide they want to date exclusively. Occasionally I have met someone that wants to date after one date and it always scares me off, because I figure that person is too needy. Then BAM! I get hit in the forehead and find someone I wanna date and they say well not ready to date exclusively yet. How do you know when to say hey lets date? | |

No... I am just feeling sorry for myself. I am really happy that we aren't together, but It was sad to not have anyone to kiss at 12:00 on the new year.

The worst thing is, I used to LOVE my job.....until they let 7 people go and just felt that the rest of us could absorb their workload.....
Every day, there is nothing but negativity, finger pointing, people grubbing to find something to pick on you for, GGRRRRRRRRRRRR......
May the New Year get me the heck out of that place!
