Bay City is nice but I need about an hour-hour and a half to get out there, and when you work until 11:30 - there's not much you can do when you get off of work - and that's has seem to be the 'excuse' for ladies to give...
I wanted to make the one this weekend - but because of my car's head problem - I gotta take care of that (yes, I am somewhat responsible at my age) so gotta re-sort my priorities! Hopefully soon I'll be able to meet you POFers in person very soon! | |

Posted: 6/22/2008 12:54:29 PM | what's on my mind today? well, i am going to a grad party in a few hours, and am not thrilled about it. my brother's ex-wife will be there. she played columbo for my ex-husband and followed me around wherever i went to see if i was cheating on him while i was still married. funny thing is at one point i called my niece and said, this is strange, but i feel like i'm being followed, and i was!!! the beautiful thing is there was nothing to report!!!! she followed me to wal-mart one night, and i remember i just went in there and sat in the snack bar, and just was so depressed. i drank a diet pepsi and stared off into space. i just needed time to think. i then decided to pick up a few things. i wondered at the time how he "knew" i was in the snack bar, LOL. he must have thought i was going to meet someone there? AHAHAHHHHHHAHHA!!! he grabbed my bags and looked at the time on the receipt, LOL, and was saying it couldn't have taken me that long to buy what i had. there was another night that i had to go to a zoning board meeting, which takes place at night, and i did not get out of there until after 11 at night. as i was going down telegraph i had that same feeling someone was following me.
i found out after my divorce about their plan to have me followed. i love how they wasted their time. there was nothing to report, LOL. i have not spoken to her in five years since the day i found out about it. apparently it was her idea to my ex-husband because, she told him, why else would i be divorcing him if there wasn't another man!!! could it be that he is an alcoholic bipolar abusive mental patient? ahahahahah

Posted: 6/22/2008 1:06:26 PM | well, robitty, and that was just kind of the tip of the iceberg. the stuff she did to me is unreal!!!!! she knows my social security number because it is one off from my brother's, and she tried to have my utilities shut off!!!! she knows which insurance company i have because we have the same, and she tried to cancel the policy!!!!! i got a cancellation notice in the mail, and thank god got it back on. she told her son, my nephew that i was making threatening phone calls to her. i was at work!!! my nephew, i am sorry to say, was a drug dealer and very dangerous. he was stopped but had called my brother to say he was coming over and bashing out all my windows and threatened my life. the good news is he's in jail. she did all this after i stopped speaking with her. the bad/sad part is that she is conniving (spelling), and remained friends with one sister-in-law and my other brother, so that's why she's invited. i had to change my email address, house and cell phone numbers, and put passwords on every account i have because of her. she goes around saying to people all sweet and innocent, i don't know why joanne doesn't like me, LOL. it's been five years and i am not letting that psycho prevent me from going to my nephew's grad party!!!!!  | |

Posted: 6/23/2008 4:51:26 AM | Well, I guess I'm too old and stupid and very naieve. I went to the "NASTY NASTY" thread to see what it was all about and wish now that I never did. It was very discusting and I can't believe that POF would allow it. I thought that POF was a dating site and that everyone talked about romance and dating...NOT!!!
This guy (I think) called me ignorant and told be not to come back if I didn't like it and that POF would never take that post out. I will not go back there!! I must be getting old. I am old!! But I don't think this is the place to talk about that kind of stuff. I think it belongs on a porn site or whatever, but not on POF.
I feel better now. Thanks for listening. Comments Please. Am I wrong at feeling this way?

Posted: 6/23/2008 4:58:00 AM | okay, lol, well, i did see the ex-sis-in-law and did say hi but never looked her in the eye. i talked with her kids, and they were really nice, which has been an issue in all of this. so i am glad they were okay with me.
then ms drama queen started balling her eyes out to my mother, and to myself i just was lol'ing. so i asked mom what the crying episode was all about, lol, and she said, oh, you know, because of the circumstance. and i said, good lord, there is no circumstance. miss evil gets no sympathy from me!!!!!
LINDA, omg, i read that yesterday. that "person" is a woman and was totally off base. you are entitled to your opinions just as she is. but linda, not to worry. she looked very foolish

I posted to the nasty nasty thread and commented about the inappropriateness of jumping down Linda's throat and reminded her everyone is entitled to their opinion.
(I did that because Linda is a friend of mine and it was rude)
I also think it is disgusting but remember it is also mpapas thread and she can post what she chooses as long as it's within the POF rules.
We don't have to go there and read it so let's just let it go and no bashing her here either.

I've been to the regular forums and seen the way they fight..OMG, it's outrageous...I hope to never see us do that!

AT ANY RATE, i don't like to be nasty. i guess i may say some inappropriate things, but i learned while i was married that sticks and stones can't break my bones!!! my kindness comes from being berated on a daily basis. i guess i was ill to have stayed married, but i guess there is always that "glimmer" of hope that someone will turn back to normal? and i wanted to be home for my kids. i thank the lord up above for giving me the courage to JUST SAY NO MORE!!!
