Shortly, you should be able to follow one right after the other, which helps in Learning to relax the throat. Don't CHEW..Relax your throat..My ex husband taught me this one..Eventually the gag reflex goes away. Once you learn to swallow something like this, you can pretty much just slam down to the base and do anything you please..I agree, also brush your tongue. Relax!! Relax!! Relax!! Keep your hand wrapped around the base of his 'stuff' and take as much as you comfortably can. Every so often move a finger out of the way so that more goes in. It's how it worked for me, anyhow.
