I dated a girl who got pretty good at it and the way we went about it was I'd be holding her hair back and cupping her face and slowly pull her head down onto it. She'd simply put her hands on me to signal that it was as deep as she could go and preventing me from pushing her down further, and then I'd let go of her head and she'd pull off and just go back to giving head...

For me, I like a BJ and everything, but you kind of tailor your methods to your audience. Me, I get into the drama of the moment more than what actually is happening to me.
