Fast food isn't food at all unless you are getting subway. Chicken nuggets = ground up bones and meat from dying egg layers that no longer produce. Hamburger...worse.
If you ground up sawdust, oxo cubes and mixed them with some water you'd get the same nutrition as fast food hamburger. | |
