Posted: 11/29/2005 7:03:48 AM | Hidey High Gear. I read a book over the weekend you might enjoy. It's called"Iron Fist" and it's the story of Carl Kiekhafer. Carl started Mercury outboard motors, and during the 50's he got interested in stock car racing and campaigned Chrysler 300's, with Tim Flock as his primary driver. Good reading and I'm sure interesting to someone who remembers original Grand National racing. NHGuy, you'd find it very informative as well. Junior is an OK driver. There, I am on the thread.
