We did not find results for "imacualte"

Pope Pius IX came up with this document...for what reason: Probably to make people feel even more guilty about sex so that they would come to church more and help further empower the monarchy of that time. The whole idea plants the seed that sex is a sin. Sex is our biggest weakness, so what better thing to use for a means of getting people to feel guilty and come to church to repent and become another sheep under the controll of the church.

Okay, okay, okay...first off you must spell Imaculate correctly....will help when you are looking it up. As to your reasoning.....works for me overall....it certainly is about the concept of conception without sex. Representative also of Love of it's purest form, that of a mother and child...or man to God.....yadda...yadda.

Secondly...I doubt that a single footed person would be able to stand in the line of toe to toe people...mind you that is just me!

As for favorite breakfast.....protein, yogurt & fruit smoothie works.

On a scale of 1 being never, or 10 being go for the gold, what kind of gambler are you, and do you have a different scale for financial and life risks?

I think I would be a four ot five, not too risky, never actually would spend more than $20 in a casino on gambling, but will go for moderate risk investments that yeald a higher return. Some things I would go for the gold with, under the right circumstances love would be one that I would risk it all on. It also depends on my mood, I have been known to make some risky choices simply because "the spirit moved me".

In regards to spelling, is there a simple way to get a spell check active in POF? Besides the obvious which is usually my problem: simply checking to be sure I did't make typos. I have the phonix style of spelling and sometimes spell things completely wrong due to that. I also get too excited when typing and press send before I proof read. But I am wanting to know about a spell checker so's I stop annoying my good buddies on line.

Boy, look what I started!!! See what happens when you post after those long 12 hour nightshifts? The best advice I can give for spell checking (sorry, forgot to proofread my immaculate post.....teehee) is to type in a program with spell check, then cut and paste to the forum. Provided it is really important....(or just check the word you are curious about). Then of course, proofreading...which only works when you actually take the time to (a) do it and (b) know that the word is spelled incorrectly.

For the record, I only commented on the spelling because of the post alluding to "looking up" as looking up a incorrectly spelled world will in fact bring negative results. It was not intended to freak you out....I really am not a spelling cop, although part of my nightshift duties is just that...maybe it was a carry over!

(I agree with your other answer entirely...it is always 42 isn't it?)

If you could further your education in any field and any fashion....what would be your desire, how would you like to learn it and of course...why?

I'd learn another language, maybe Spanish or Greek, and I would want to learn it by emersing myself in the culture and surounding myself with people that spoke that language. I want this because learning a languge is an activity that keeps the brain busy and will help keep me from going senile, plus I love being in Mexico, and always wanted to go to Greece, so either place would delight me to spend time in.

What is the corpus callosum and why would someone choose to have it severed?
Edit: for extra points: what would a person whith a severed corpus callosum tell you they saw if you told them to cover their right eye and showed them a table with a plate on it ?

Interesting...Thanks for stirring my curiosity.
The corpus callosum is your brain "taint". Taint left brain....Taint right brain. It's that little bit of skinny brain that holds them together. Sometimes they start to argue about what they want the body to do and they are both telling the same poor Joe to make the body do two different things. This is called a siezure. I like to do the funky chicken, but that comes from having too much fun. So some people have thiers cut so that the left brain and that right brain won't have to share the telephone and everybody can get along like nice boys and girls. If done properly the table will not be visible and the victim with the severed copus callosum will jump up and scream, "Holy fockamoly, I just saw a flying saucer!"

cockroaches will survive the "radiation", possibly not the actual "explosion", so in effect Skoobah never really answered the Mavin's question, he knew it so he asked again. Inquiring minds want to know! I will take a stab and suggest that some form of protozoa might survive the actual explosion? But I would be interested to find out if there is a better answer.

Historically, wife beating has been an acceptable practice both socially and legally. The right of a husband to physically chastise his wife was inherited from the
British Common Law tradition which considered married people to be one person, specifically the husband, which gave the husband who beat his wife immunity from
prosecution. In Bradley v. State, a Mississippi court articulated and adopted this form of
immunity, holding that a husband should be able to moderately chastise his wife without subjecting himself to vexatious prosecution for assault and battery. Moderate chastisement was measured by the " rule of thumb" which allowed a husband to beat his wife with a stick no thicker than his thumb.

They have these snorkle looking things that they put over the laying hen's head so that it won't drown in the vinegar it has to live in. The eggs might look like pickles, but they are just pickled.
