Nothing beat getting up at six in the morning to watch Hercules, then Spiderman, then Rocket Robin Hood. Absolutely horribly drawn but so much fun to watch. Newton... you stupid centaur

My god that was my childhood. Channel four right? and they also would give Hillarious house of Frankenstein too right?

Cartoons? just look at my profile.

I also like Family Guy, Simpsons, and so forth. Their not mentioned in my Profile for some reason.

I've been a fan of Spike and Mike's Animation Festival for years. The audience goes nuts when regular cartoon characters like "Lupo the Butcher" comes on screen.

Spike and Mike gave some big names in "toondom" their first break, including Mike Judge (King of the Hill)

They once tried a cartoon version of the original Star Trek back in the 70's. They even had some of the original actors contribute voices. Great scripts but lousy animation. Very static.

Does anyone remember

The Barkleys
Grape Ape
Kong Kong Phooey
Top Cat
Sealab 2020
Secret Agent Silly Squirrel
Planet of the Apes (They drove cars and planes!)

and my favorite "Family Dog"!

I think my list of best cartoons would go (in no real order):

The Simpsons
Family Guy
Clone High <<< Needed more episodes though
Undergrads
Transformers <<< The original ONLY
Ninja Turtles <<< Again, only the original
Astro Boy
Thundercats

Also, no one seems to remember Pro Stars. That show was HUGE for about six months, then it just sort of vanished off the radar. There was a Pro Stars cereal, clothing line, the whole bit. Then it just vanished.

"Transformers "the original""

I wanted to point something out about that to anyone who says that.

If there is any Transformers cartoon series other than the "original" to give a chance too it's the Beast Wars.

You will at first watch it thinking you hate it but if you watch it through you will love it and your idea of Transformers and what it's all about will be changed forever. I kid all of you not it was better than the original.

All the other TF cartoons genuinely do suck though.

Beastwars though is awesomeness. Theres even some episodes with cameos of the original characters as well. Lots of pretty cool CGI rendered cameos.

If you want to see the original Starscream, Prime and Megatron in 3d you should give Beast Wars a chance just based on that because there are some episodes where the originals are mentioned, and even breifly cameod.

You guys who watched the original will love both of these for some cgi rendered clips of the original TF's. I won't tell but it's pretty nostalgic ill tell you that much.
