Posted: 10/18/2005 2:51:24 PM | Oh i get it now - its not about sex at all this thread, pea green is on about human rights!! he believes that in other countries that harassment of one person by another is lawful, be it bullying, abusing, physical or verbal and racial abuse!
As he said in an earlier post, in his country he can touch anybody else and do anything and they dont bother with law
Well pea green we in Britain believe in the rights of the indiviual. If they do not want to ne touched, bullied, molested or abused then we believe that person has the right and backing of the law and the legal profession.
Sex is no different to racism, if a person suffers by it then the offender should be prosecuted.
Spain may not yet have woken up to this, but in the doctrine of the EU, they soon will be.
