Msg: 3 -- Do people really meet after they talk from these sites or is it strickly an internet thing????
Wow, you really ARE new at this. I have met a few, not many, after talking with them. The ones I have actually MET were actually quite nice. I have HEARD of some dating nightmares, but haven't experienced any yet.
Msg: 2 gave some good advice. Go with it. Be yourself. That TRULY **IS** your best guide. After all, you don't want to start a relationship with anyone in a show starring someone ELSE than you, eh? I always behave as myself, with no apologies. That way, I have a filter that clears away those I DON'T want. If she doesn't like me the way I am, then it is pointless to pursue a relationship with her. I think that should be the same with you.
Don't try to impress anyone. That USUALLY translates into a lie, and it ordinarily impresses someone you won't like anyway. There is no point in attracting an incompatible woman into your life. This invites bad Kharma, and that is one thing that should be avoided at ALL costs.
Anyway, forcing yourself into acting a part when you could just act natural seems very irrational. So, PROTECT yourself by BEING yourself. Personally, I think that is your BEST defense against a detrimental influence in your life. It is ALSO your BEST influence toward gaining a compatible life-time partner.

BTW, in your BEST interests, PLEASE **IGNORE** posts from "LarryStud". He has NO clue of reality. Yeah, both "TommyGirl84" and "LarryStud" aparently seem to be gone, I would go with the posts made from "TommyGirl84". She seems to be better in tune with reality.

I think what we really want is someone who will listen,even when we're not actually speaking....And now all you guys will be saying "grief!! how do we do that?" Work on it, it's not so hard as it seems. | |

Most want some guy who automatically will attract thier imagination and their eye. Oh, yea. MOst women are perverts. That is what most women want. They also like a man who isn't smarter than they are. They like to always one up the man. They don't like respect or chivalry. Yea, let me bad mouth my own sex. LOL
This is most women, but not me. I like the guy to one-up me in smarts so that i can rely on him and so he will be there to support me and help me. I also like the quietly interesting types. I like a guy with intelligence but with a sense of humor. I like a guy who knows when to be serious and when to be silly. | |
