Personally I think we could compare some of the ladies in Wisconsin to good cheese... Like good cheese, some of them are perfectly aged, some of them are very sharp, where others can be very mild. They come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors, and some of them probably taste great when they sit on a Ritz! I'm sure we could imagine some of them in a sandwich. (I'll stop short of any discussions of smooth and spreadable).
