Women aren't attracted to you, because they have not evolved to. The only reason you have lived as long as you have is because you live in a modern society where your survival isn't linked to your physical fitness.
For millions of years, human survival depended on athletes with ripped, six-pack-abs bodies, who could chase animals on foot over miles and miles of cross-country terrain. Or, later, in agricultural societies, work the fields from dawn to dusk.
Stop whining and become a ****ing man like the ancestors who got you here.

Sorry, no. It's the actual fat that makes them unattractive. The insecurity and hangups just add complete repulsiveness to the unattractiveness. Become confident, and then you're just a confident fatso that is still unattractive.
Insecurity is tolerated a heck of lot more in attractive people. Heck, it can even be attractive in an attractive person! If you are hot, and show some insecurity, it can be taken to be modesty! You're even more attractive. You have an endearing personality flaw!
We love people who are beautiful, but don't think they are!!!

Heck one of the most funny thing I did is picked up a girl at Starbucks lol. so I'm going to stop eating meet and Just eating vegetables. Also I'm very healthy. the thing I worry about in ten years I might not be so the weight got to go. Places I like to go bars clubs the mall Wal-Mart friend houses swimming. around 3:00 last night a friend came over we hand out for about four hours. i also DO computer work I hope I can go to college to be a computer technician But I haven't completely made my mind up Yet | |

Meat isn't what's making you fat. It's probably all the refined carbohydrates.
If all you eat is vegetables, you will soon get sick, from insufficient dietary fat and protein. There are people who don't eat any kind of animal product. They are called vegans. They don't just eat vegetables, however. If you want to be vegan, you have to know what you are doing.
If you really want to just eat vegetables, at least have some milk and eggs. Be sure to include nuts or flaxseed oil so you get your essential fats.
I'd keep the lean meat: chicken breast, beef steaks.
Cut out the junk carbs. No sugar, no white flour. Just whole grains.
No carbs between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. | |

I have been out with skinny guys, weight lifters, models, the average joe, tall, short etc. What a person looks like unfortunately doesn't determine how their personality is I have found the average guys to be sometimes just as arrogant as those who think they're all that hahaha. If your weight is such a problem hun get out there and burn it off get focused and motivated. I have lost 4 and a half stone and still have a stone to go the thought of going to the gym really is unmotivating as I'm always tired being a full tme mum but I will start swimming everday next wk tc good luck :) | |

it's great that he wants to lose the weight but you have to do it "the right way" no crash diets and rabbit food but well balanced meald and some exercise.
i will agree that we are visual people and that we do check out looks before we get around to checking out if the person has brains to back it up. i'll admit that i'd rather date a hot dumb guy then a smart uggo anyady but that's cause it's just dating if i was gonna marry someone i'd want a generally well rounded preson with a combination of looks and intelligence.
for me an attractive guy is so 6' and 250+ pounds
for someother girl it could be a 4' foot tall 50 pound midget
i guess i just want to say that if you want to lose weight do it for yourself because YOU want to look better and feel better not because you want to get the girl. because girls come and go but you gotta live with yourself forever | |

In reference to evolution changing womens tastes (or rather determining) them, that can be viewed as true. But what you have to remember about the idea of evolution is that things that CONSTANTLY changing. Lets look at women in the north american continent. Most men in this continent are considered overweight. Again, that is more than 50%. Therefore, if a woman will only date (or in evolutionary terms, mate) with six pack ripped abs muscle head men, then she is limiting her personal gene pool to less than 5% or lower of the available males. Therefore it is very very very likely that over time tastes will change to suit what is available. So your evolution claim doesn't completely prove your point.
The OP just said now that he is taking steps to lose weight. So why call him a fat ass wussy? I'd say he is being a man by making the first moves to take charge. Give the guy some credit.
