Anyone going to Fahrenheit 9/11?

"For someone that has read so deeply into the matter, perhaps you should have noticed that it is "Bush" not "Busch"."

I thought it was just a typo at first, but indeed the post has it spelled "Busch" several times.

"The Film that Mr Moore has produced is Jaded toward Isreal,we must remember that The Jews own Hollywood"

Man, I just dont think people from Flint Michigan think about Israel at all. It's just not an issue. Flint is a union town where most people see the wolrd as rich versus poor, and thats the view that I see M&M making in his movies. Fahrenheit 9/11 has not a damm thing to do with Israel. It has to do with political corruption - period.

Please be advised that M&M is an independant movie maker from Flint Michigan (my home town of years ago). He has nothing to do with Hollywood. The man made less than $15,000 a year for most of his life- far from the sterotype you sight.

I'm a Democrat (perhaps even a liberal) but I think Michael Moore twists the truth on most issues. Too much to be credible. I don't agree at all with the war in Iraq. The war in Afghanistan was justified. However I would encourage people to see this movie just to get dialogue and debate going. The key to this whole process is not to adopt someone else's opinion, but to form your own.

The propper spelling is Busch,it is a German name the (c) was dropped after WW2 whe George W.Busch's grandfather was releast from prison.

The Busch grandfather was in charge of investments for The Hariman Family, anyway Prescot Busch funnled money through Chase Manhatten Bank to fund Hitler's Nazi Party and the subsequent build up of arms for WW2.

That is the connection between G.W.Busch and Hitler.

So you see, the corect spelling is Busch.

Oh the stinging irony of it all.

As to Fahrenheit 911, I went to it the first day it came out with my father, brother, and a bunch of my brother’s friends who are all liberal socialists (I am making up my own term, just so you know I understand the difference between the two, but this class of people does exist).

I thought it was entertaining, for Moore is an entertainer at heart.
This is obvious from the first days of his career.

This was said to be a documentary, but really it was more of a mockumentary, there was a lot of flash and pizzazz but not enough substance. Moore was more concerned with making jokes than stating complete facts. Granted much of what he said was true, but there was a whole lot of spin factor going on there.

In conclusion I would just like to state I hold nothing but contempt for both Bush or Busch and Kerry. They are both media whores, whose idea of the common man is a peon to be used and swayed for some larger game of the ultra elite.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

NO NO NO! "Busch" is NOT correct. People can change their name in America to any spelling they choose, and they determin the correct spelling, not blood history.

However, that was very interesting info about the connection between Hitler and G.W. Busch.

If you want to start pointing fingers around (and don't we all like to point fingers from time to time) about who was 'helping' the Nazis, then let's talk a little about how the Vatican was doing the same thing. Not only that, but they also have a lot of artwork and artifacts that were 'lost' during that time.

I am not going to go into that anymore, but some of what history glosses over is absurd

There is corruption in all organizations, all groups, all religions, and all governments. Anything that is lead by people will be corrupted by people, eventually. The more relative power a group has, the more likely the corruption and the more that can be done with it.
