Posted: 11/6/2005 10:50:18 AM | someone from this site said that one time they had a person add them to their favorites, only to delete them later in the day!
Hmmm....maybe their significant other caught whiff? LOL
Would be strange though...if you started a relationship with someone on here would you be suspicious if their favorites list went up in numbers?
Actually I did date a guy on here awhile ago...when we first became a couple he was like, on five people's lists....in 3 weeks that nearly tripled! Hmmm....dumped! LOL
I would never ask a guy to delete himself from other people's fav lists, but to see it tripled was a bit suspicious in my books!
Sorry guys, but men's profiles don't triple in size just sitting there, you have to be chatting to quite a few girls to get that to happen. | |

Posted: 11/6/2005 12:28:27 PM | I have 25 on mine, but like the most of you say.... I check who added me to theirs, and I delete some if I dont know who they are, by meeting or talk to. I also have 28 on mine... so for me it's not a bragging aspect at all.

If you're the efficient type, it's a way of keeping track of those you've talked to, want to talk to, or think are hotties!
I know some people who LUV being on lots of fav lists! But if most of them have never contacted you, does it really matter? I don't think there is anything wrong with deleted yourself from someone's list if they never contact you, or if you have no interest.
There are lots of different ways people are using the lists, so it all depends on what you use them for. | |

Close girlfriends: 7
Female acquaintances: 6
Out of town males (chat buddies and/or friends' boyfriends): 8
Close male friends: 4
Local male buddies (chat buddies and/or friends' boyfriends): 10
Guys I have dated/am interested in me or me in them: 8
???? (never spoken to): 5
As you can see there would be a myriad of different types of people that would add you to their favorites list. It's not necessarily people who are interested in dating me. As a matter of fact, there have been guys that I'm talking to that are interested in my that have not added me to their favorites.
Therefore, who gives a rat's rear about the favorites list? It's just something that is on here. The longer you are on here and the more you get out, the more "favorites" you will have. Or if you are extremely good looking. Ha ha. | |
