I believe in Karma, I also believe in God, and the **stard who raped my 8 year old son knows I believe in karma, and guess what, when he is in prison KARMA, it is this that allows me to sleep at night and function as a person/mother/advocat.

I'm wondering why the hell you ended up in his bed after he said he wouldn't sleep with you because you wouldn't shut up... ????

yes i do. messing around with an ex can be a bad thing. you should have deserted him and not helped him. sleeping around with an ex it is NOT a good thing to do. You broke up with him for a GOOD reason. An ex should stay in the past.

Of course karma is for real...I've seen it in action many times...both on myself & others...
but I don't think that is even important here...nor is if he is seeing someone else or not...
the main point here is he is treating you like s**t & making you feel bad...I think his karma will come around, when you realise that you deserve to be treated better....& there are a lot of good guys out there who I'm sure would be happy to show you...grow sum balls girl & kick this mental abuser to the curb...good luck..

I have a friend who keeps insisting on karma...and I keep explaining to her, if she dates ***holes, they will act like ***holes, and get rewarded for it. Their bad luck has nothing to do with how they treat her. they are self-focused, irresponsible, immature men. So, duh, of course they will end up with financial troubles, etc coming at them.

I can, however, predict what will happen in your relationship. your bf will call you again, b/c he knows you will always answer, no matter how he treats you. You will badger him, in an attempt to get his attention. You will try to buy it with sex. He will refuse, but not refuse to take more advantage of you, if its worth his time to do so.

You're sick of him, and he's an ex, so what's the problem? Stop offering him the milk without insisting he buy the cow first.

When we got to his house he got real quiet and i asked him if he wanted to have sex and he said no

Why would you be messing around with your "ex" anyway, were you thinking things would be any better now that you're not together anymore?

Then i bumped him in his sleep and he said i was a ****. Do you guys think there is someone else? I asked him if there was and if he was sleeping with someone else and he said no, god! I am so sick of him and he was soooo cruel to me last nite - do you guys believe in karma and what goes around comes around? Do u think he'll get whats coming to him for being sooo horrible?

Again, why are you even around your "ex" if he treats you like that. He is an ex for a reason, why you'd be sleeping with him and offering sex is just playing with fire. You got burnt once and by the sounds of it you got burnt again. Why subject yourself to all this garbage, surely you can do better. If he is an ex then you need to leave it that way, no more offers of sex, no more sleeping over and you both need to go your separate ways and in the event he is IS seeing someone else, then you'll be less likely to get hurt later. And as far as karma goes, I am a firm believer, he'll get his one day for sure.

Life is a vicious cycle,or a perfect circle.
Either way you look at it,Karma falls in there somewhere.
What goes around, definately comes around sooner or later.

It looks like OP has left but it's still a topic worth talking about because there are those out there that stay around waiting for someone to change their minds about them... Someone mentioned the ex's state of mind..she should have dropped him off at the door and said goodnight... she put herself in the situation of rejection... That is the problem though when you try and stay friends with an ex and have ulterior motives.

Can you imagine their conversation:

Him: Hello Ex my car went on fire and I need a ride
Her: OK, Ex but you'll have to but me dinner
Him: Great (I'm probably going to have a migraine by the end of this ordeal)
Her: Blah, Blah Blah, good to see you blah blah blah
Her: Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, Ranch Dressing, Baked, Medium Well, Diet Coke Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah.......................................................................
Him: (my head is aching)
Her: Blah Blah Blah
Him: ( I can't wait till this nightmare is over)
Her: Blah, blah, blah
Him: Thanks for the ride BYE
Her: You seemed quiet tonight, do you want to have sex?
Him: If we do will you shut up?
Her: Blah Blah Blah ooooooooooohhhhhhhh Blah Blah Blah Are you seeing other people?

Karma? For who?

Probably, but I must wonder what's in store for you.. too. Not because you were horrible, but because you couldn't just do a favor for him (the ride due to car in fire) and not ask to have sex.

I mean he's your ex. He probably bought you dinner for helping him out with a ride. Then you go and screw up BOTH your kind gestures by asking for sex? Makes no kinda sense.

I agree that was in poor taste to bring up sex... and I wouldn't trust her to far to have sex with her...

Old Post and apparently revived. If you do not belive in Karma, I'm sure you will before you comprehend no more. Karma is meaner than any one person could ever hope to be.

I have a formal science background, so my answer to that question should be no.

However, I also know that there are plenty things in this Universe that we simply cannot explain, and considering that I've had a string of crappy relationships after I cheated on this really nice girl who DID believe in Karma... Then yeah, I am beginning to wonder LOL!

He's your ex. Why were you sleeping over?

I don't actually want an answer- it's a rhetorical question.

If he's your ex, he has every right to be sleeping with anyone he wants.

Yep, I believe in karma.

Strange really. I have no reason to believe it, no compelling evidence of it... and there are plenty of other things I have no reason to believe in that I don't believe. But karma I do.

It's just something that seems to resonate with me. A little like fate perhaps.

Yeah! karma is a real a$$hole.....

I ignored a blind man with a tin cup asking for a donation....20 seconds later a bird pooped on my head...

So i went back and put a couple of dollar coins in his cup.......he stood up and took of his glasses and ran down the street....

Pffft..

I have an answer to your question. The reason I think bad things happen to good people is a test of faith. Bad people have good fortune come to them to test what will they do with these blessings, share them or become consumed with greed. In the end, it comes down to, if you believe in Heaven, who do you think is going and who is not?

I would LIKE to believe in Karma but just cant seem to buy into the idea after having seen how some very good people just seems to always have rough things hapening to them. Karma sounds nice, goodness begets goodness and badness begets badness, but explaining the apparent contradictions when life doesnt fit this neat pattern always seem to border on really stretching the bounds of believeability. Even given this, I shall always strive to do good and always try to better myself. It isnt Karma that drives this, but my own inner voice telling me how I should live a proper life. If it means nothing in the end but that I lived a good life, so be it.

karma sh!ts on you because of what he did?

Yes, I totally believe in karma. I had an X that did me wrong. It's a long list, but in the end he had lots of bad things happen to him when I left. So I totally believe what goes around comes around and always treat others as you'd want to treated.

I do believe that if you think negative thoughts you will attract negative things... I think if you don't believe you deserve better then the person you end up with is what you destined yourself to be with... there are things that happen and make no sense but I think we for the most part put ourselves into the situations we end up in... and Karma if you believe in reincarnation may also be something you need to learn in this lifetime for your souls growth... which may be a reason why bad things happen to good people... but it's all pretty speculative isn't it?
