Posted: 11/6/2005 12:25:08 AM | Aint that the truth? But what confuses me, is say you have all that covered - what's the 'x' factor? And what about the fact that if they expect a certain standard - then why are men not able to ask the same standard in return. I know that's what I'm looking for in a woman - although for me, it doesn't really matter what money she makes or doesn't make, it doesn't matter what her title is - but just that she's happy with her choices.

In regards to the response - yeah I agree self confidence, but here's the thing - there can be too much self-confidence - either guy or girl. If that's the case then it would be a turn-off as that person would be viewed as thinking that they are a better person or deserve more than you or I do.

IMHO it seems women want someone they can "fix". They always seem to hook up with the guy that treats'm like crap, then they complain, then they leave him, calling all men a$$holes. And some women like to think they are superior to men in thinking?
I think what women really want is what the other woman has, the one that is happy cause she figured out most guys actually are pretty decent, each with thier own faults, just as they have some as well.
Those are the women that end up finding a "nice guy", aren't trying to "fix" him, and usually end up pretty happy.
Guys, don't worry what women want, just be yourself, and you will meet the woman who has thier head on straight... | |

Aviator~ On a side note, and more on topic... physical attraction, humour, ability to listen, know when to be "understanding", is a good cook (this is a key to success here guys, never failed on me yet), eye contact, attention to her and not the game on the TV behind her... those are a couple things to add for sure.
But the tough one, one that can't be explained by either them (see above for proof), OR us is the "chemistry" or connection with one another... it's just something that the fates have to allow. Luck can be a b!tch sometimes. | |
