All I'm goin to say is rotate a lot! Never stay in one position too long to avoid those cramps! Also keep water handy to keep hydrated that will help from cramping up as well | |

The key is...if you've stimulated her mentally long before sex and you have great foreplay skills and know what buttons to push what's there to think about?........and you'd better know how to take control in the bedroom or you wont last long "literally" | |
