Posted: 11/7/2005 5:26:27 PM | To get the health benefits of chocolate it has to be made with Cocoa not milk chocolate,and try to find a chocolate source thats not to high in sugar.
The health benefits can be offset by the negative effects of to much sugar.
My local health food store has these monster size chocolate bars that are low on sugar.
As far as the celery thing goes I usually make up a fruit /vege large salad with celery once a week and put it in a big sealable container and eat it through out the week and although I havent noticed that it makes any difference in attracting women it gives me tons of energy.
I guess this is what people refer to as a fruit buzz.
On relation to zinc I have noticed that if I eat nuts with sunflower seed[sunflower seeds are very high in zinc] or just take zinc tablets that I am much more sexually potent.
Male sperm is very high in zinc. | |
