- I truly started to focus on my own success and my own life without them. They saw how successful I became and then all of a sudden, they had an epiphany that I was good for them.
- With success, I learned to live life, and obtain new friends, new experiences, new activities, new everything...and most of the men in my past started to see how interesting my life is. How valuable it is to be with someone who embraces challenges.
- They always said that the sex was good. lol.
The point is : Forget about them and concentrate on focusing on your own development...your successes will get to them and they will start to question their decisions. However, by the time they came back, I was no longer in love with them and opted to be friends instead, which is great... | |

I'm reminded of a situation where an elderly gentleman was suspicious that perhaps his wife of 50 years was fooling around on him. He asked the advice of his local medical practitioner who had recently treated the missus for early signs of alzheimers. His advice: With all of the disease rampant in the world today clearly indiscriminate sexual activity could lead to her bringing home a communicable unfortune. The best way to get an ex to come crawling back to you is to improve YOU! Improve yourself on all levels (physical, mental, social) start dating others (not sleeping around, we don't want whores) and he will come crawling back.

I will tell you that, it seems to me that you want a level of control over your partner that is simply not very good to have. I think that sometimes, and this is from reading your other threads, you have a tendency to concentrate a little too hard on what was vs what is. I would say that you should move forward. You are still young enough to have many loves. I dont feel this one should concern you so much. You are an attractive woman, you can certainly get another guy. Move forward.....thats the best thing. | |

Ensure that your hair and make up have been done to the extreme! Go into your closet and pull out your black leather dominatrix outfit, don't forget the thigh high boots. Put your trench coat on over top. Collect your accessories from the Box....and you drive to his place. When he answers the door, you drop the trench coat, crack your whip and tell him to get down on his knees and start crawling cause if he thought what you said before was mean, he ain't seen nothing yet.

Posted: 12/24/2005 6:39:22 PM | In my experience, an exboyfriend will come crawling back only after you really and truly don't want him anymore. Ironic, that. In addition, when it does it will only be because he thinks it will be easier to resume sexual relations with you than to start from scratch with someone else, or because he's gained so much weight since breaking up with you that he's having trouble getting other women to date him, or for another similarly dissatisfying reason; not because he actually cares.
Best advice: forget him, move on, and don't look back. | |

It usually works (even if you don't want it to) and if it doesn't.....you have a direction in your life and you really could care less about (what's his name). You also have a better chance of meeting somebody better suited when you have an open mind and not stuck on playing games to manipulate an ex.
Don't degressing yourself to pull ploys to get him back and play games. This will probably only push him away and make you look like a mental case (not to mention keep you on an emotional rollercoaster). Why would anybody sane want to do such a thing? Get motivated on something you want to do (college, quilting, what ever) and don't dwell on him or the perceived loss. You'll feel better about yourself and will look better to him or somebody else.
So in short my experiences and views are similar to others that responded....GET A LIFE without him. | |

Ok little grasshopper it's like this.
See when you want a guy to come crawling back begging you to take him in again then you got to play it cool. Real cool. This will take practice cause I know for a fact you are the one that is aching and dieing inside to go crawling back to him. Don't do it! You gotta play it cool.
First thing to do. Do NOT call him. Now I know you will ignore my advice. So I will say it again, do NOT call him.
Second, you must at all costs act like you do not want him. It has to be a convincing act. People can smell phony desperation from a mile away. If your act isn't good nuff then you will do nothing but convince him that you are trying to get him back which will infact convince him completely to have nothing to do with you.
If possible, be seen with a new guy around your ex. Show up somewhere that your ex frequents but have a new hot guy with you. ANd flirt with the new guy like super crazy. Kiss the guy infront of your ex giving lots of tongue and everything. But you must remember to act like your ex is not even there. Make no eye contact with your ex at any time and you must seem like you didn't even know he was there. And then leave with the new guy as if you are going back to his place or jet setting off to do something amazingly exciting with him.
If your ex does call you, do not return his message! Wait good and long until you get a second and then third call from him. Preferably wait till your answering machine is full of messages from him. If it feels like he is now stalking you, then good! That's what we are after right? We wanting him CRAWLING back to you begging you to have him.
Now all of this takes a great amount of emotional control on your part especially cause i know you are dieing to be with him. And you will drop to your knee's the moment he even say's hello to you and beg him to take you back appologizing to him profusely that you made a mistake and never should have got mad at him blah blah blah. But don't do it.
Lastly, don't appologize to him for anything you said even when you do get him back. make him squirm and crawl to you and appologize to YOU for anything he did or even DIDn't do to you.
Also, time is your friend. You have to make him work up an appetite for you over time. Make him hunger for you until it is driving him bonkers that he can't have you.
Being a *ock tease helps greatly also. In the later stages you might consider flirting with him. teasing him. And then suddenly cutting out on him. In the later stages of all this never send more than one e-mail a day at the most. Don't talk on the phone any longer than 15 minutes. And always seem like you have something on the go and people to see.
Play as hard to get as possible.
