there is a site called www.nomarriage.com . I don't know if I totally support some of the stuff on the site but it offers a unique perspective as to why men shouldn't marry. Another thing, divorce rates are unbelievaly high in North America. Infidelity used to be a man's game but now a days women seem to cheat just as much as men, its much easier to do so these days. These factors alone turn me off completely from marriage.

Marriage is a wonderful thing when treated right. If all it takes is a book to turn you off of marriage, than maybe you weren't the marrying type to begin with. Us females need to be more wary of marriage than men because some men think marriage is ownership. Gee isnt this a hoplessly romantic conversation lol!

Welp, I've never read the book you're talking about, nor am I sober enough to read all the damn posts, BUT my advice as a single man that hasn't married yet... .Marriage is a super sacred thing that is tossed around like a doll with no thinking, much like deciding to super size your meal at a fast food restaurant, with little to no thought. This is unfortunate, I think that marriage is tooo sacred to be handled this carelessly. People should spend a lot of time knowing the person they plan on marrying. It sounds like a wonderful thing, and I only plan on doing it once. Unfortunately, due to what's happened within my family, I plan on setting a PreNup aside as a 'just in case' measure, but I'd take the issue very seriously to the seriously point of 'til death due us apart', F*CK All that bullsh!t about 'not seeing eye to eye' or whatever the 'legal' term is for it. That's a bunch of bogus, and all problems can be worked out if you love and respect the person enough. Just my .02 cents squared. -Justin
