i am the person that received the attacking message...i reported it straight away, and told the person that was being attacked. anyone that makes up a profile, purely to attack another person is sad....

I didn't know they'd used it to mail folk too..thats even worse than I thought.

I'm horrified it has been used in this manner and I'd hate to think anyone thought I might be involved in this reprehensible act.
Hiding behind a fake profile to attack folk is a low underhanded thing to be doing and anyone caught should be banned for life.
The first I knew about the fake profile was when I read about it on the forum after it had been deleted. | |

Someone stole my nickname and profile on yahoo last summer. I emailed to yahoo a number of times and they never did anything. The thief is still using my original nickname and profile with my picture on it, and yahoo is still doing nothing about it.
It was an inconvenience at the time, and having lost the buddy list not knowing how to get in touch with people except email. | |
