out of every flames game I have or have not watched this year, this I think is the first time I saw them play as a TEAM and, SURPRISE! - They WON!
ok, so now if you want to stay in the playoffs, convince them to continue to play as a TEAM, and who knows..................
maybe NOT having Kipper in net is a good thing, the rest of the player know that the goalie won't stop everything (well ok CuJo did stop all his shots) so they wrok better together.

PS. The one team that is always the perrenial question mark had to line up with the Lames in the first round. Go figure? If they ever make a movie about the Invisible Man, I nominate Joe F'in Thornton. | |

Even though I'm a hardcore Oilers fan, I hope Calgary kicks ass in the playoffs. You guys got robbed by the officiating in game 6 before the lockout and totally got shafted on winning the cup.

Flames played for the first period, then started to wane through the second, I was surprized it took the Sharks so long to get the equalizer and then the winner. But things like that happen in play offs!!

Sorry to disappoint you all, but we all know that the Habs are gona bring it home.
Next year is the centenial we have a lot of Ghosts that moved from the old forum to the Bell Center.... That's a no brainer...start cheering for the only Canadian team who actually has depth, talent and a real good chance to bring the Cup back home.
