Not to worry, even tho our thread has been in existance longer, we have not had the troubles throughout the season that the Oilers have faced, nor do we have a couple of females that get into any fracas ovr a slight difference of opinion (yet)!
This should be an entertaining season, the fourth line has been killers in scoring, and now the top line is starting, so if all 4 lines start scoring, it could be a very, very entertaining season, from a scoring perspective that is. | |

Posted: 10/22/2009 10:07:15 PM | I wasn't a MacT hater by any means, I would classify myself as a MacT defender, as opposed to a MacT fan. I didn't blame him for the way the team played the last couple of years and actually I was not overly thrilled with the signing of Quinn, but can't argue with success.
What really pi$$ed me off about the MacT haters out there is none of them credited him with doing a good job when the Oilers did well (ie 05/06 playoff run).
But I DO classify myself as no fan of Kevin Lowe's. That's the biggest issue I have had... that the mess the Oilers have been in (and, the past two weeks notwithstanding, still are in), has less to do with coaching and more to do with terrible management. | |

Couple of good fights, and penalty kills, so the Flames were Flambouyant with their game, and again, the fourth line was a power house for them! | |

Too bad the World Series was on, would have preferred to watch hockey!! | |

Flames are healthy, but they suck even more now then they ever did (I never thought that could happen) ... Happy H1N1 folks! Get well! Takes about 7 days, but it's doable if you are healthy.

No "immunity"..call those infractions. But if the Flames take "normal precautions" especially in their own zone there should be no "widespread panic" or a "shortage " of excitement. No excuses any longer..
